Communication was great and very responsive. Location was perfect within walking distance of King and many restaurants and shops. The 2 units worked well for our group, and both were clean and nicely decorated.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We booked both condos for my family of 9 for Thanksgiving. There is a studio style condo in the back and a large house with two stories in the front. The bathrooms in the main house are a little small, but still cute.The house had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was also so pretty and the everything was in working order. The only thing that was difficult was parking. There are only 3 spots and we had 4 cars. But parking is difficult in Charleston, so not really a fault of the property. I highly recommend The Waltz and would stay here again!

Lovely downtown oasis

Our group of 9 women in town to celebrate a 70th birthday stayed in this property and enjoyed ourselves Immensely. A little problematic with a shared bathroom for the two downstairs Bathrooms and a handheld shower head. Please is well appointed and the concierge service was very attentive to our needs and concerns. We had both the front (B) unit and the back (C) suite. Tricky snagging our 3 parking spots in a busy lot also used by the hair salon downstairs. Still a very enjoyable stay in a great location

Wonderful!

We rented this property for our "destination" Christmas trip with extended family. The units were beautiful ...bright and well appointed ...clean, and spacious with plenty of room to "hang". Check-in was a breeze and the host responded promptly to questions. We would definitely rent this property again. The one comment I would make is that it was not clear to us from the description that Suites B and C were not physically connected. You must go down a stairway, about 50-60 feet down the side of the building, and up another outside stairway to go between the units. It's perfect if there are members of the party who prefer the extra privacy!

Nice Property

We stayed at this property with four other couples.The pictures show four full bathrooms. However, it should be noted the bathroom on the main floor that is a shared bathroom is extremely small. The shower is not a full size shower and would not work for a person 6’0” or above. The house was accommodating to our other quests. The room we stayed in off the kitchen did not have a closet.

Charming House

Nicely decorated, charming house. Would stay here again but there were a couple of things we noticed during our stay - Area of town not the prettiest. Loud at night on weekends from college near by. Attached suite a little further from “main house” than we thought but not bad for someone looking for extra privacy. Hair salon below property not an issue whatsoever. House was clean and check in & parking easy. We did Uber a lot to get us back and forth. Not really walking distance from where we were for the older members in our group. Love Charleston and looking forward to going back again sometime.

Family Wedding in beautiful Charleston

Check in was simple and the house look beautiful and very charming. It was clean and comfortable . Kitchen had everything we need with new appliances. My suggestion would be to have better lighting in downstairs bathroom, and bedrooms, it was hard to put makeup and style hair. The downstairs bathroom was subpar too small with no where to hang towels or set anything on . Overall and beautiful home that we enjoyed .
