Decorated and equipped to the highest standards to ensure that your trip is remarkable, the owners of this home have thought of everything. Many extra amenities are included for your convenience making this home stand out as one of the best vacation homes in the community. From a highly equipped kitchen, luxury bed/bath linens and beach towels to smart TVs (allowing you to use your Netflix , Hulu or other streaming service while on vacation) and beautiful decor throughout, you will enjoy all of the extra efforts invested in this luxury home to make sure every need is not only satisfied but exceeded.

Indigo Reef #41 is where you want to be if you are looking for a non-single family home environment with all of the glamorous amenities of a first class resort.

Bedrooms - The master suite features a king pillow top mattress and the other two bedrooms feature a queen memory foam mattress and two twins respectively. This home will sleep 6 people comfortably. Max occupancy is 8 and the number of occupants the City of Marathon allows and does not guarantee bedding for that number. Bathrooms (2.5) - There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in total with guest baths on both the upper and lower levels as well as a private bath for the Master Suite.Beaches - Sombrero Beach is a 5-10 minute drive south from Indigo Reef and Coco Plum Beach is only five minutes north.Directions - From US 1 south, turn right on 117th street immediately after the the Vaca Cut bridge/Aquarium Encounters around Mile Marker 53. Turn left at stop sign onto First Ave Gulf and turn right at the Indigo Reef pillars. Pull up to gate and it will open for you. Wind through the property and turn right at the stop sign. The unit numbers are posted to the left of each front door. Assigned parking for #41 is directly across from the home.

Fabulous Marathon vacation

This property was by far the best we have ever experienced! The home was spotless, very well appointed and in the most convenient location to the pool and boat docks. Our host communicated with us to make sure we were happy and also gave great suggestions for local restaurants. If we are in the area again, we will not hesitate to rent this unit again.

A Week In Paradise Wasn't Long Enough

Staying at Indigo Reef #41 was the best decision that my family could have made! The house is beautiful, well kept, and perfectly furnished. It has an amazing view from the porch! The house is located just adjacent to the pool area and this is a convenient feature for those visiting with children so they can easily come and go from the house. The house slept 6 people very comfortably and offered enough privacy for those who like to sleep in or take an afternoon nap. If you choose to stay in this home you will not be disappointed. When my family returns there is no other place we would rather call home for the week!

Toni was extremely easy to work with and was helpful in planning activities. House was very clean and had many extras not often found in Vrbo. If you plan on cooking everything you need is in kitchen. Big plus! Location is great. Beautiful sunsets right out back door. Exercise room small but very well equipped and never crowded. . We did find that the pool on warm days has limited seating and had to wait for chairs but that was a minor drawback and common at many places. Would def be back. It was one of the nicest Vrbo we have stayed. If not the nicest! Thank you!!!

Wow and Wow again!

If you are still deciding whether to book, do it fast! I travelled from England with my elderly parents, my partner and two teenage boys. Right from booking the house, Toni, the owner was so helpful and supplied me with lots of great information about the house, the area and the Florida Keys. Indigo Reef as a resort is immaculate and just off the highway and has the most stunning views. The house is even better than its photos and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. While there we worked our way down the list of pubs, restaurants, trips and shops that Toni had recommended and I have to say, everything was fantastic. If we ever return to The Keys, I would not hesitate to book again.

Loved this unit!

This was our first stay at Indigo Reef and we loved it! This unit has the perfect location, quick walk to the pool, load your boat, etc. The beds and linens were super comfy. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything and anything you need to cook. Nice big wine glasses too! Great hosts, quick communication. We will try to stay again if we come back to Marathon! We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed 41 Indigo Reef. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. You really feel like you are on vacation here. Toni was great with communication through the booking process as well as responding when we had an issue with the internet. The property was heaven, we spent every single night at the pool with our kids. We hope to be back someday!

Toni's home at Indigo Reef is very clean, spacious and extremely well stocked. There wasn't anything missing....whether its a fishing rod to use or a meat thermometer. Toni is an excellent host - easily accessible before and during the trip. The Indigo Reef property is situated in a lovely location - excellent sunset views and a wonderful pool. The boat docks are being renovated and once completed, this will be a perfect destination.

Fantastic Property

Indigo 41 is just as it is described in the listing. They provided over the top amenities. We decided to have our super bowl party and Valentine's dinner in and make use of all that the kitchen had to offer, every spice you could need and other staples were provided. From the linens to the beach towels to the comfortable furnishings, everything was perfect. The views and sunset from the back patio were beautiful. Would love to return!

Indigo reef #41 is absolutely perfect! Toni is an amazing host, communication was flawless, loved all the personal touches, and ample amenities. The indigo reef property is stunning and well kept. Loved lazy days by the gorgeous landscaped pool. We got to enjoy some marine life in the canals. My husband and I traveled to marathon keys with my parents and #41 was perfect, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance you could think of. The location of this condo was perfect. 1 hr drive to key west and key largo, 30 minutes to islamorada and big pine key. Highly recommend staying at Indigo Reef #41. Seriously look no further and stay here!

We rented units 41 and 29 to accommodate our family from New Jersey. It was perfect. Unit 41 had the best layout and decor to feel at home. The house had everything we needed. Indigo Reef is our favorite resort on Marathon

Our family had a wonderful week in Toni’s voila! This was our 2nd stay at Indigo Reef and we love this place. #41 is beautifully decorated and just as described. We took advantage of the pool, the ice machine, the gym, our boat slip for our rental boat, and relaxing on the back porch enjoying the view! We had frequent visits by the super special and incredible manatee. We snorkeled off at the end of the property and saw lobster and fish. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

We are a family of four who live in Minnesota but choose to spend our time away most often at our home in Marathon. There is something about that water and the sun that sets directly off our deck that allows us to completely relax and unwind. It is our true serenity.
When we aren't in Florida, we are working during the week and enjoy spending long weekends at our lake home in northern Minnesota.

Why they chose this property

Having vacationed in the Florida Keys for over 20 years, we knew exactly where we wanted to buy our own home. While we love many of the islands and homes we've rented, we chose Indigo Reef because of its central location in all the Keys (50 miles to Key Largo and 50 miles to Key West), the magnificent views right from our own deck, ease of access for boating and fishing, close proximity to groceries, restaurants and other local establishments. What makes our property stand out from others (and we've been told this repeatedly) is that we really have thought of everything. We love taking care of our guests! We have thoughtfully furnished and decorated this home in its entirety for you to arrive with the clothes on your back and leave with memories of a favorite vacation that will last a lifetime.
