Amazing Escape

Susan does a great job with keeping these vacation homes in great condition. She is very attentive to any and all needs and questions. This was our second time here and will likely be back again in the future. Great views and vibes at the Tiki hut and a short walk to many great restaurants.

A Wonderful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Keys Cove! The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, and well stocked with all kitchen essentials. The pool was warm and the dock was only a few minutes walk and we caught fish! The communication with the host was excellent. We hope to return!

Great vacation spot!

Great house very roomy with all the extras. We loved kayaking for the sunset. Catching sharks off the pier and cooling off in the private pool.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. The home was very clean and worked very well for our family of 7 all adults. Only complaint was there are only 3, #6 #7,#8, of the 8 homes that actually look out at the Gulf. We were under the impression we had a view but they consider it a partial view. I do not consider it a view at all. There was a tiny sliver and that was it. We looked into a neighbors yard. The beach was nice. There are kayaks and paddle boards available and plenty of chairs. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay!

This was the perfect property for our family - including our 2 year-old and 6 month grandsons. Everything was as advertised on the listing. The house was clean and well-stocked. We loved the welcome basket that was provided - nice touch! We appreciated the highchair and the pack n' play. Communication with Susan was excellent! She was very responsive to any questions or concerns. When the washing machine broke down (these things happen), she had a brand new machine for us the next day. Amazing! We hope to stay again!

Nice property, dock needs work, fell miss lead be the listing booked a year in advance thought I was on the water . Until I got there . Everything worked out in the end

Great Stay!

This was a great place to stay and the amenities were nice too. We had a lot of fun in the private pool and everything was kept up well. The owner and staff were available and very kind and helpful whenever needed. The Bbq was nice too!

A little Piece of Paradise

I can’t even put into words what a wonderful time we had in Key’s Cove. The entire property was wonderful. The house itself was nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. It immediately put you into a vacation state of mind. The pool was warm and clean and having the outside entertaining area with a grill was great. From coffee on the deck, poolside during the day, then evening walks down to the docks, it was perfect. One of our nights we had cold beers and hot steaks poolside with good music and great friends. Oh, they have KAYAKS!!! I only wish I knew this earlier as I rented them for the week as well. The wind was too much to paddle most days, but we were able to take the kayaks out on our last day. Usually on vacation when it gets to the last day, I am pretty much ready to go home, but not this time! I did not want to go back to reality, and I am already checking my calendar to see when I can return to Key’s Cove. THANK YOU!!!! Kim

A Special Time for the Family

The property was as advertised. The kids loved it and lived in the pool. We utilized every inch of the #4 unit, but didn't use the communal space or the kayaks. There was a weed smell issue, but they worked hard at it. It wasn't the fault of the property. Barbara and Jessica were right on a few issues we had and were very pleasant to work with. Their attention to us was pleasant and great...very responsive. Our only suggestion would be a bit more cookware. Things like graters and pizza cutters, as well as a griddle were not available. We survived nicely. We will consider revisiting. The weather was perfect!

Best time in Marathon.

The property was located closed to all restaurants and shops. The house was very well maintained, and the property manager and assistant were very help in everything we need. The house was very clean and with us having eight people it was perfect. The view of the ocean and pool area was beautiful every morning. Thank you

My husband and I met with my sister and her husband from Montana and 3 of our 4 children joined us.

Excellent property. It was well described on VRBO. We enjoyed the tropical feel of Marathon and proximity to the water. We knew from the advertisement that the "beach" was not a true beach. There was plenty of dockage for boats, a fish cleaning set up (that was amazing), lots of kayaks and an amazing view which could be enjoyed from the comfortable chairs from the sand. The Kayak lauch was a necessity. The house was perfect with lots of privacy and also lots of space for play (loved the corn hole), swimiming and preparing meals to grill. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything anyone could possilby need. We did appreciate the excellent laundry facilities. The heated salt water pool was marvelous. If my children had been younger they would have wanted it to be larger but for rest and relaxation and floating the heated water was PERFECT! Jessieca and Barbara were the most conscientious hosts. They even provided us with plantains that we could fry to have with our fish and rice. We will definitely be back. What a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful getaway in Florida Keys

We had a great time staying in Marathon for a 50th birthday getaway. The place is very nice and walking distance to a dock with kayaks, chairs, etc. The owner and staff were very responsive and take good care of the condos and grounds. Having you own private pool and outdoor area was awesome!

Nice location! Pretty, bright and secure. Good for families and friends for 8. Pool nice but very small. Marina and beach area really nice. Enjoyed our stay. A little pricey.

Clean, great service and perfect layout

Plenty of room for a large group. Pool is not big but worked perfectly for us. Lots of shade under the house for relaxing by the pool. Good central location just over an hour to key west but close to many islands. Little slow on the check in. But it was obvious they were working hard on the cleanup. And it was very thoroughly clean on arrival. Also we could use the pool while we waited. Jessieca and her team were always available for help or questions. Great house and great service would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place!

We had the best time and enjoyed our stay very much. The place was immaculate and fully stocked with so many extra details being thought of such as laundry tabs and dryer sheets, coolers, outdoor freezer and gas grill, floats for the pool, I could go and on ! They really considered any and all possible needs. Jessica was always available whenever needed if I had any questions. The place was beautifully decorated and comfort was not skimped on. The beds slept great and the pillows were even superior quality. I truly cannot say enough of how impressed we were by this rental! We will definitely return and look forward to when we do ! We give the rental a 100% rating with absolutely no complaints !

The Ideal Way to Visit the Keys

My extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless, well appointed - there was 6 of us and we ran out of nothing, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of chairs to go around. The outside furnishings could use more seating as there was seating for 4-5 but no more. The communication was extensive and uncomplicated. I can't say enough about Jessieca. From the beginning to the end she was just a text away. Even before we arrived she promptly answered questions about pool towels and check in time. She greeted us when we arrived and communicated with us throughout our stay with advice about activities and restaurants. She was always unfailingly kind and perceptive. We didn't want our vacation to end!
