The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure that umbrella it is closed. Clean the grill with the brush, replace used drip tray/pan, and ensure the cover is on. All SUPs, paddles, lifejackets, and tubes should be returned to the garage.
Please load and start both washing machines with sheets/towels. Please do NOT mix colors and whites and do not overload the washers.
Please leave both (2) garage door openers on the kitchen counter. A $100 fee will be charged for each garage opener if not returned at time of checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No shoes inside the house. -8 guests maximum per our permit. -Quiet hours daily at 10:00PM. -3 cars maximum. Park cars in driveway or garage.
- If you leave the house a mess and it costs extra to clean it, we reserve the right to take the extra cleaning charges out of your security deposit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The access to the river was so nice and we enjoyed the paddle boards and the tubes. The deer and ducks made daily visits. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The house was a beautiful waterfront property and had all of the amenities. Paddleboards were available to float on the river. It was a 5 minute walk to downtown Bend for dinner and shopping.The only glitch was the cleaners had not cleaned the house or made beds before we arrived, but the host Emily was on top of it and the cleaners came and did their job.I highly recommend this rental property!

Relaxing by Mirror Pond

We had a special weekend with all the ladies in the family (8). The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Easily walked to shops and dining, live music within minutes and Old Mill District. Love the access to the water and paddle boards. Kitchen was very well equipped. Looking forward to booking again.

We thoroughly enjoyed another family get-away on Mirror Pond. The house is so well equipped. We love the water sport "toys" that we can launch right from the house. Downtown Bend is right across the bridge. Emily, the owner, is very responsive and communicates well. I highly recommend this house.

Gorgeous house in a beautiful location.

Stayed here with my partner, 3-4 year old, a friend, his partner, and their 6 year old and we all had a wonderful time; location cannot be beat - right on mirror pond, 5 minute walk to Bend Brewing and the rest of downtown, SUP from the backyard, minutes to the riverfront trail and Drake Park, etc. House itself was great, too - clean, spacious, well laid out. Emily was an awesome host, too, super responsive and always there if you needed anything. Can't wait to return!

This property is perfectly situated on the river and close to downtown. Couldn't ask for a better spot. There was a little issue with the furnace the first night but Emily quickly got a repairman out to assess the situation and ordered space heaters for us. I would definitely stay here afain!

Ladies Weekend

This was a wonderful weekend stay with friends. We enjoyed the beautiful house by cooking in the amazing kitchen with a view of the river, played games in the dinning room, and then walked downtown for shopping, drinks, and fun. I would love to book again in the spring / summer to use all the wonderful water toys they have. The host is extremely responsive and kind. I definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful, convenient, comfortable home!

An easy and lovely experience from beginning to end thanks to a great host and a wonderful home! The kids had so much fun accessing the river directly from the yard and we walked to dinner each night.
