This 5-star resort is located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the beauty of the stunning, lush gardens, the sparkling Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End rock formation as you relax on your large terrace of the privatley owned 2100+ sq. ft. villa. The views from this villa are amazing!!
Call on your personal concierge who is available to guests prior to and during their stay. Your concierge will arrage dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries) 
This beautifully maintained villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. Enjoy the views from the fully firnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar. 
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. 
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful a view of the Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Amazing Stay!!!

We absolutely loved this unit!!! Jane has thought of EVERYTHING…nothing was amiss and the kitchen was fully stocked. We loved how spacious this unit was for our family of 5. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. The resort was very quiet and not crowded at all. The staff at the resort was also very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Another Day in Paradise!

What a great trip! The view from the villa is nothing short of spectacular! It was perfect! I loved having instant confirmation when reserving our stay. During our stay, Joel, our Concierge, was responded to all of our requests in a very timely manner. Check-in was perfect and there were no surprise extra fees. We will definitely reserve this villa for our next trip to Cabo.

went to Cabo with one other couple. Our villa was everything we could have hoped for. Lots of space, lots of amentites and a fantastic location. Close to the marina and downtown restaurants, private enough to be quiet. We had more in our villa than we bargained for: full kitchen, washer and dryer, full deck with outside grill and chairs. Just amazing. Loved every minute

Heaven on earth

This was our first visit to Cabo San Lucas, but definitely not our last. Working with the Cabo Rentals by Jane team made everything seamless. The condo was exactly like the pictures and incredibly comfortable. It is actually two units that are joined by a patio, so it was nice to have lots of space to spread out. The view....it's spectacular. Our favorite thing was sitting on the patio just watching the waves and feeling the breeze. The Villa La Estancia is in a great area - close to all the great bars, restaurants, shopping. The staff at Estancia are all super friendly and helpful. LOVED the pool area with swim up bar. This is a very low key and quiet resort - perfect for relaxing.

Phenomenal!!!!

We stayed a week at this amazing property! The information that we received upon paying was extremely thorough and helpful for planning purposes. The villa was perfect for our family of four but we could have easily accommodated a few more during our stay. The room layout was excellent leaving my husband and I in one wing and our boys in another. The view from the unit was phenomenal. When you walk through the front door you see directly out to the rock formations. Transportation (taxi or Uber) was convenient from the property and downtown was also just a short walk (we preferred to do it on the beach if we made the choice to walk). We loved the pools and our boys enjoyed having access to pools on both sides of our property. We will definetly be back!!!

What makes this property unique

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.
- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.
- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. 
- Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.
- All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  
- Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.
- All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
