This renovated 2-bedroom sunlit cottage offers cooling throughout and a large screened sunporch. A quiet street and a short walk to the beaches of Nantucket Sound (only .3 mile away) make this an ideal location. The eat- in kitchen features a dishwasher and a washer/dryer and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. New hardwood floors along with the original knotty- pine walls give you the perfect Cape Cod charm. The spacious backyard has three separate seating areas for eating, grilling, relaxing and gathering around the firepit and a large enclosed outdoor shower. You'll have all you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway.

This home is within close proximity to local favorite restaurants, ice cream parlors and mini golf. You can take a quick drive down Lower County Road to visit, Dog House, Chapins or Woolfies Bakery!

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

It is close enough to walk to a beach but we enjoyed other beaches as well. It was convenient to be able to use the beach chairs, and even though we didn’t use the fire pit, we liked having the option to do so.We would definitely consider rentIng this one again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was better than the pictures let on. The cleanliness is immaculate and the gas-range oven was top notch. We worked from home for a whole week in this house and demanded a lot of internet and we never once had an internet issue. The sun-room was a perfect WFH room even on cold days because of how much sun it gets. The firepit was a nice touch in the evenings. The grill works fine but may need to be replaced in the next season. The bed was extremely comfortable, we only used the master bedroom but the other beds seemed similar. The TV/living room situation was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and we made the walk every evening for the sunset. The owner and Martha Murray made a special accommodation for us and I have to really call out both of their willingness to help us out, thank you!We were sad to leave, wish we could stay longer!
