Enjoy the beautiful view as you walk 0.1 mile to a private beach from the comfort of this year round 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house, with a huge patio and an outdoor shower. Walk back and forth from the beach at your leisure. This property is a beautiful home away from home with a beautiful open, inviting floor plan and comfortable bedding.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, with a large dresser and storage drawers under the bed. The Second bedroom has 2 beds. The first bed is a full bed that sleeps 2, the top bed sleeps 1, and the other is a full bed. We also have the most comfortable sofa with chaise lounge in the living area.

We enjoy cooking at our home and so will you. We have everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the large outdoor patio and extra space in the She-Shed. This property is a MUST STAY all year round!

The house was clean!! The fireplace was cozy on the two cold evenings. I was surprised there was no shampoo or body wash. The kitchen had everything you would need. The keypad locked us out on Saturday evening. We contacted the owner, and they unlocked the house remotely within 5 minutes. Great service.

This house was in a great location and was just what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the quiet beach nearby, and the book of local recommendations was very handy! We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is fabulous, well maintained. The keyless lock is such a great touch. The owner thought of everything from beach chairs to towels and everything in between. The 4 of us fit comfortably and our sons are 19 and 21. The kitchen is well equipped with pots pans etc. Outside is wonderful with a nice patio and landscaping. Outdoor shower is helpful. We visited several beaches so you should explore them, Bayview is a short walk and Craigsville was worth the drive. Ferries are close by and many things to do in Hyannis a few minutes away. Nantucket has a shuttle to get you around the island. Whale watching take Hyannis Whale Watcher as they do a great job getting you to see a whale. Cape Cod Creamery is a must!! Upside down escape rooms are challenging some of the best we have seen.

Relaxing home base for our Boston trip

Lovely, comfortable home base for two couples who meet annually for a summer vacation. We loved the quick access to the beach and comfortable outdoor area! Everything was perfect!

A cute cottage in Hyannis

Spent Memorial Day weekend there, and despite the weather, we had a wonderful time. The cottage is just the right size. Great open concept with masterful kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with cozy gas fireplace. We would have loved to have spent more time on the patio, but rain and cool weather made that difficult. The cottage is convenient to everything in Hyannis, but is a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet less than 200 yards to a neighborhood beach.

Annual Friends Trip

This cottage was perfect for our needs! Great location, host provided a thorough list of activities and eateries, and communication with the host was top notch. Even the Nor’Easter couldn’t make us feel sad since we had such lovely accommodations to hunker down in. Highly recommend this property!

Anniverysary Getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful house. We were two couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The house was extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and more. It is in a perfect location which made it easy to travel to other towns. We especially loved the welcome letter and owner recommendations with every detail that you needed to know.Linda is an outstanding host and very quick to respond to your questions or concerns. Great place and very comfortable. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but didn’t stop us from having a great time. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return at a future date. Highly recommend.

Lovely Cape Cod Cottage

This cottage was centrally located, cute and spotless, and equipped with anything you could need for a perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable and cushiony. We will be looking to stay again for sure!

Excellent home to explore Cape Cod

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in this very well equipped home. Linda provides all you need for a comfortable stay. The information she provided about the home and the amenities around was really helpful and Linda even reserved us a table at a local restaurant. Yarmouth is well placed to explore Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.

Wonderful Stay

The stay was amazing. The house was perfect. We had a friend with us who is disabled and the whole place worked well for him. Such a quiet charming place. We had amazing weather, and the outside patio was a perfect place to sit and relax. The location was wonderful and easy access to wherever we wanted to do. We are already hoping and planning to come back.

Great summer house

Great place for a family getaway in the Cape. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the entertainment that the Cape has to offer. The house is very clean and comfortable, and has everything that you will ever need during your stay. Our family really enjoyed our time there for our summer vacation. Close by beaches, fishing trips, dinning, water park, mini golf, ice cream, and many more things made it fun for everyone. The host is super nice, and responds right away.

Great home base for the cape!

Our family had a wonderful time at this house. Whether you want to do home cooked meals in a large kitchen or go out to many of the amazing restaurants in near by downtown Hyannis this house is perfect home base for a Cape Cod adventure. The house was very clean and extremely well organized, every thing we needed for a family of four was easily located! The owners couldn’t have been more friendly to speak with and the welcome letter/owner recommendations were something we looked every morning. The beach at the end of the lane was an easy walk to see beautiful views of the water or you could hop in your car for a quick drive to dozens of beaches in and around Barnstable. Being in the center of the cape allowed us to travel to all points and experience the different towns and beaches Cape Cod had to offer. If you do plan to stay definitely check out the Hyannis Whale Watch tour! It was a highlight of our vacation!

Beautiful Cape Cod home

Linda was the most attentive host I’ve ever dealt with. The home was unbelievably beautiful. So comfortable, inviting, and above all very clean!! If I come back to the Cape there’s no where else I would stay!! Soooooo enjoyed our time at 31 Vernon Street💕💕💕

This is my family's dream home. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. We love the close proximity and privacy of Lewis Bay, it's literally steps away. We love the fine dining options, the shopping and all of the activities the Cape has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is steps from a private beach. Bayview beach is in walking distance too. It's extremely close to the marina with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. In fact, you can see the ferries go back and forth from the beach. It is within walking distance to 2 restaurants, it's a little more than a mile to downtown Hyannis. It's an absolutely beautiful location. It feels as though you stepped into your very own postcard.

Aside from being close to the beach, this home is equipped with every appliance you can imagine, it has a large patio with a picnic table for outdoor dining, it has beach toys and beach chairs, two full sized bathrooms and an outside shower. This home is a year round property with both heating and central a/c. This house provides everything for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
