Perfect location

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This place is just about perfect......- The location couldn’t have been any better. The views are awesome, and the beach is right across the street. The yard is the only thing in-between you and the beach. - The yard was a nice added bonus for playing cornhole and whatever else. - The house is comfortable and functional. It had everything needed as far as kitchen utensils as well as beach chairs and some kids toys.- The outdoor shower is awesome to rinse off in right after the beach BUT...... if you decide to take a full blown shower, the people can easily see you from the upstairs window so be careful.- The beds were comfortable, the grill worked well, and the bedrooms and 2nd floor all had sufficient AC.- Overall this house and its location is perfect...... the only improvements I could see would be adding a washing machine (there is a dryer currently) but I understand they don’t have one because of the septic, and possibly add some sort of covering over the outdoor shower so people cannot look directly into it.- 10/10 and I will be back again
