Suitable for 1 to 6 people or family.
10 minutes walk from city center. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Spacious and bright. High ceilings, plasterwork, sash windows, open fires, and solid timber floors and doors. Decorated to a high standard with hand forged wrought iron mirrors, tables and chairs. Original oil paintings and prints. Stained glass lamps , Egyptian rugs. One king size bed and two double beds. Living room with leather sofas, flat screen TV.
Extra spacious bathroom featuring antique cast iron bathtub and shower. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dish washer, washingmachine and dryer , gas hob, electric oven, microwave.
WiFi throughout the house. Central heating.
The patio features a roofed pergola and wrought iron dining table, various plants, flowers and hanging baskets.

This is a truly historic home with many modern amenities. John is a phenomenal host and resource for conveniences in the area, recomnendations for "must sees" and all things Ireland. There was enough space for all of us to be together - yet enough space so you did not have to live together all week. Very convenient location within walking distance of most Dublin attractions. A beautifully curated piece of history with all the charms of home. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Dublin

Wonderful!

Wonderful stay. This was one of the only options for a large family and infant in the city- and it was perfect for 5 adults and 5 month old for 3 nights. The house was FULLY stocked which is so great when traveling. Plenty of space. Such a charming house. John was lovely and helpful.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this large, charming, and comfortable house in Dublin. John is a wonderful host and provides a wealth of information for visitors. Some of the great features include:- 3 full bedrooms (1 on ground floor & 2 upstairs, including the master) with ample storage space- 1 full bath with shower & tub- full kitchen (with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen table, along with combo clothes washer/dryer unit)- den/family room- patio sitting area- street parking on a relatively quiet street- located within walking distance of restaurants and landmarksThe artwork and books throughout the home added extra warmth and charm. This place is spacious! Big rooms, 1 large bathroom, nice kitchen and eating/gathering space. Host John is very gracious and a great communicator! Lots of recommendations from him. Location is 20--30 walk to central Dublin or you can hop on public transportation easily. Sleeps 6 comfortably. One bathroom can be challenging for a full house. Parking on the street is open and easy. Kitchen has lots of amenities that are great for saving money on eating out. We made breakfast and dinner almost every day. Extra pillows on the beds would make this a 5 star stay.

An excellent property in the heart of Dublin.

Upon check in host gave a tour of the property and gave a bunch of recommendations of things in the area that were worth checking out. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us was well maintained. Host was friendly, communicative, and helpful The place is located next to several transit stops that made it easy to get to any part of the city quickly. Also it was quite easy to walk to most places in Dublin given how centrally located the place is. Our flight out of Dublin was pretty early (2 in the morning) and the host was able to offer a solution of the check out being that early. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is traveling in a group that wants to see everything Dublin has to offer.

John, the host, was so amazing! He left a ton of recommendations and information for us to look at, and met us at the property when we arrived to walk us through the house and show us everything! The house was also extremely clean, and I am a clean freak so I check things like the baseboards etc, everything was immaculately kept and the original charm was awesome! We would definitely recommend this property!

Location, Location and Location

My husband and I stayed a month. We walked everywhere. John was there to greet us on the first day and he was so accommodating. He actually brought us on a tour of the neighborhood on the second day. Anytime we had a question or a problem he helped us. We have been coming to Dublin for years and we never had the opportunity to explore this side of the city.

Great location

The history on the flat is wonderful and it is well placed between the airport and within a mile of most tourist attractions. The property manager reached out several times to check on us and give suggestions for nearby places to visit that were not as touristy. The neighborhood was dirty but not sure I could take a star off for that since the seagulls are to blame, kind of. I did take one star off for the mattresses. We all woke up daily with pain in our backs. Overall we all had a wonderful time.
