Stay in a gorgeous penthouse at Shoreline Towers during your visit to Destin! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has amazing views of the Gulf and only steps to the beach. You shall certainly enjoy the spacious balcony with upgraded and comfortable furniture. We are also close to many restaurants, nightlife, and activities for all ages.

The condominium offers an array of features and amenities such as a heated pool, sauna, gym, tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffle board, beautiful clubhouse, and 24 hour security guard.

Both bedrooms, living area and kitchen have flat screen tv's for everyones entertainment.

Sunset Beach Service is available if you would like to rent umbrella & chairs. Personal chairs are allowed but no personal umbrellas.
Shoreline Towers has recently upgraded laundry rooms on second floor for your convenience.

Feels like home

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and fully furnished with items needed for the stay. The owner, Kathy, was very nice and helpful with any questions that we had.

Ideal Stay

This was an extremely nice Condo 1st Class all the way. Kathy Lassiter was very attentive and supplied us with lots of inside information on places to eat and entertainment. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in Destin! The beach is amazing and there are lots to do nearby and it's a short drive to Harbor walk where all the action is. The condo is just as described and shown in the pictures. The view of the balcony was amazing! We watched the sunrise and moonrise from the balcony during our stay there. The house came fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

The stay was AMAZING! Kathy, the property owner was attentive and easy to assess, (we didn’t have to call her for anything). She checked in throughout our five day stay to ensure everything was ok. Exceptional property

Perfect Beach Vacation

The rental is just as described in the website. Easy to access and no problems checking in; our Vaca started right away. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and great balcony view! Enjoyed cooking with a view and walking our meals off at the beach, just a few steps away. Ready to book again!

Great Getaway

This property has an amazing view of the beach. It was so relaxing sitting at the dinner table with family over Thanksgiving watching the waves. The property manager is amazing and answered all my questions. I will book this beautifully decorated unit for my next family vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation!

The condo is in a great location. The beach, pool, and several good restaurant’s are in walking distance. It’s also a short drive to the harbor where we rented a tiki boat and enjoyed good food. We enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning from the balcony which has a beautiful view of the gulf. Kathy and her husband were easy to work with and had several recommendations for restaurant’s, which we took them up on. My family and I really enjoyed are stay! We will be back!!

Home away from Home

Kathy is simply amazing! She gave us recommendations on places to try in the area and none of them disappointed! This was our first trip to Destin we came for our 10 year anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We will be staying again next year.

So happy we found this gem!

Very nice updated condo with the best views of the beach. Perfect location and close to everything. The owners, Lynn and Kathy are the most kindest people you will meet and will go out of their way to make sure everything is up to your standards and comfortable. Would 1000% recommend. Very happy we found this place!
