True mountain getaway, just 2.5 hours from NYC!!
Modern and clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse minutes to Windham Mountain. Enjoy beautiful wood-burning fireplace, Roku TV and high speed Wi-Fi perfect for remote work. Amenities include outdoor pool (open from Memorial through Labor Day), pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Very close to town and the amazing escarpment hiking and Elm Ridge mountain bike trails. NOW OPEN FOR 2024/25 SKI SEASON!!

The space

This is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo, with a fully-stocked kitchen and a living room with fireplace. Full kitchen, oven & stove-top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a large private back deck to enjoy the outdoors.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk beds and a separate twin bed. There are two full baths, one on each floor.
Relax in our living room on the new comfy couch which faces the wood-burning fireplace. The living room also features a flat screen TV with Roku and Wi-Fi. A roaring fire will keep you warm even on the coldest nights.

The condo has A/C for the summer months. There is also a tower fan in each bedroom.

The condo comes fully stocked with all the essentials you need to have your ultimate mountain escape! Towels, linens and toiletries are provided. Ideal for 6 people to enjoy.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole condo including all of the complex amenities: laundry in complex (different building), outdoor pool and two tennis courts.

Interaction with guests

We will be available via phone/text in case you run into any problems during your stay. There is a property manager on site in the event there s a problem.

Other things to note

Early bird check-in (9 am) and Twilight check-out (5 pm) are available for a fee. Subject to availability.

Bring your firewood with you or pick it up in Hickory Hill Market down the road or gas station nearby.

There are security cameras located above the front door overlooking the parking lot to ensure safety of our guests. It does not look into any interior spaces.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay. Our kids really enjoyed the time here, and we were happy to find a helpful binder with things to do and great suggestions for places to eat. The hosts were eager to make sure we were happy and checked in on us throughout our stay, which made us feel well cared for. We’ve already decided we’ll be returning next year!

Cute place, good location. It’s a bit older and more tired than the pictures appear. Some lamps in the rooms and a few cosmetic updates would be super helpful. The freezer/ fridge was falling apart and there was a yucky smell in the kitchen. We were also super short on towels. The amenities on the property are great though as well as the location! The property managers were very communicative and responsive though!

This is the second time going there! I and my family love the place We have everything we need. The house has very nice views and also you no need to bring anything to cook all the utensils the house offers for you only you need to buy the food. The place is so calm always I enjoy it! Natalia and her husband Mike are very nice persons. They answers your calls or texts very quickly.Thank you Natalia and Mike!!! I hope I can returns next summer or maybe on winter

Great property

The communication with hosts was excellent. Property clean. Everything well-maintained and carpet seemed brand new. Convenient location. We loved a few days of hiking and will be back in the future!

Windham in Minutes

The property was conveniently close to Windham. Some parts of the home weren't as clean as the others. The word spacious was used often in the description. I think if more than 4 people plan to stay it will be a tight fit. For example, the kitchen table only has 4 seats, and it occupies a good portion of the available kitchen space. The hosts communicated well and provided a binder with helpful information, rules, and etc...

We recently stayed at The Quads and had a fantastic time! The property was a cozy atmosphere for our family. Although we encountered a couple of small issues, the communication with our host was excellent. They were quick to address our concerns, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, despite the minor hiccups, we had a positive experience and would highly recommend!

Peaceful - Nice- Beautiful

The place was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was so nice and clean you don’t need to bring anything for cooking all the appliances are there. It was my first time booking in Vrbo so I was a little nervous but Natalia (text) was there for any questions I had. I appreciate her patience with me. The people around there were so nice too. The part I love the most is when I woke up every day and saw the Mountain through my window. My family and I we really enjoy everything there. Thank you Natalia for all your help! I already recommended this place to my friends. 🤗

Great stay in a beautiful setting

My family had a great stay at the Redwood Retreat in Windham. The home is very peaceful, with excellent air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you need. Our host Natalia was a great communicator. The pool is really clean and we had the whole pool to ourselves when we used it. This is a great place to stay in Windham.

Wonderful hosts!

The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Property was clean, they had lots of towels and bedding. A really nice touch is that they messaged us around check in time to make sure we got in okay. They were fast to respond and provided super clear instructions for check in and check out. The location was a perfect distance to Windham ski club. We didn’t have time to play tennis but the hosts offer tennis rackets and balls for the condo tennis courts. Overall a really great property, no complaints!

Perfect Escape

Super easy communication with Natalia, very responsibe. Fantastic condo, as advertised. Enjoyed cooking and relaxing at home, as well the local activities like Windham Path and the restaurant recommendations Natalia and Matt leave for guests. Would absolutely stay again when in the Catskills, thank you!

Nice condo

About 1 month ago we decided to go to the Catskills for Memorial. We come from the city so we needed a big dose of outdoors. Knowing our lack of exposure to nature we chose place not too far from “civilization” and did not want an isolated single house. The condo was a perfect choice for us. It’s located on a large property with many other condos, access to a pool and 2 tennis courts. I personally would have loved more of a private outdoor space (the balcony is pretty small and rudimentary) but the location is absolutely perfect to go hiking, have dinner in town or spend the day at the lake. I can imagine it being built more to access winter sport activities but it’s still a good destination in the spring/summer. The property is clean and extremely well furnished with plenty of pillows, blankets and towels for everyone. They also supply enough toilet paper and basic kitchen supplies. It sleeps 5 comfortably and the 2 bathrooms are small but very practical. Just one comment: make sure to bring sleeping masks if you like to sleep in the dark; There are large skylights in each bedroom. The internet is a lifesaver as there is barely any phone service anywhere in Windham. I would definitely recommend booking this property. Natalia is a wonderful and very responsive host.

Pleasant stay

We had a wonderful time. Home was as advertised and very close to Windham mountain for skiing. Clean and cozy. Communication with host was excellent. Absolutely no hiccups and everything was smooth.

The check in process was extremely easy. The location was great ,a few minutes to Windham, and the place was clean and comfortable. I think they have every streaming channel on the smart t.v. The wi-fi is also very good. My kids loved the bean bags in their bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little condo, 5 min from the mountain

The condo is very very cute! and location is perfect - can't be better (unless it's ski-in-ski-out). The condo is pretty comfortable for 4 people (two adults and two kids). It will be a bit crowded for 6 people and the bunk-bed (the bottom part of it) is not so comfortable for two adults. I would suggest to provide additional silverware and two additional dining chairs (if renting for 6 pp). Other than that - we really enjoyed our stay and had a perfect family skiing break! Thank you, Natalia, for sharing your cute little place with us.

Great spot

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 7 and 9 -- and two adults)... The bunk beds were a big hit. The place is nicely laid out ... easy in and out so we were able to make it quickly to the mountain every day. The townhouse complex was quiet. Location was literally right down the street from the mountain. The owner was super nice and reached out before during and after to make sure we had a great time. We highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location for Skiing Windham Mountain

This condo is perfectly located if you are looking to be close to Windham Mountain, just a few miles down the road. I would stay here again. The pre-check-in communication with the owners was very responsive!

In my spare time you can find me riding a bike, swimming in the ocean or exploring new places with my friends. I am lucky to work for a great organization importing the best Scotch whisky to USA.. Born and raised in Ukraine; I adore Long Island, Catskills New York and enjoy travelling internationally. Next big trip when I get the chance: Thailand.
