The house was perfect, clean and they had the air conditioner on for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. If you sit outside you can hear the brook, very relaxing. We enjoyed it so much we are hoping to rent it again next year.

This house delivered....the description was extremely accurate. It is very clean and also very homey! Michael, the host, is very helpful and communicative. We had a fabulous stay and it was very relaxing. You should definitely consider if you are looking to stay in the area. There is plenty of space and a good amount of beds and baths for a great experience away from home. We would definitely stay again!

Cute and clean!Listing was a bit confusing as to where the beds were located. One full bed is actually on the landing at the top of the stairs. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, though. Location was perfect - 7 minutes from the wedding venue, Adena Orchards. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful house with all the modern amenities you need for a mountain getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing. I loved that they left the backyard string lights on for us. This made for a magical drive up to the property. The owner was very responsive and we would consider staying here again.

Good morning. My apologies for the delayed review. Thank you from the Gordon’s. The house was awesome, we thoroughly enjoyed. Although a little far from Cooperstown we finally got the hang of mountain driving. Once again thank you, and continued blessings to you and your family.

We had a great stay with our family of 5 plus grandparents. Plenty of room and especially nice to have a crib. The fire pit and back yard were wonderful in the evenings. Great location to see and do plenty of outdoor sights and activities in the area. Host was responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Leaf Peepers Paradise!

Two couples, old friends, went north for a cosy, quiet and comfortable long weekend. The Windam Site was exactly what we needed, all the comforts of home and close enough to lots of things to see, places to eat, walks in the woods, etc. No, we don't ski any more, but Windam will always hold a place in our hearts, and Vrboi will always be our "Go-to" for recommendations and reservations...they make it easy!

The house was very clean with an open concept. Kitchen and living room. The beds were very comfortable as well. the bathrooms were spacious with waterfall showers and enough room for a larger person. The outside porch overlooked a small brook that had tranquil water sounds. All appliances worked how they should with no trouble. The only negative thing i spotted was the tall grass and leaves in the yard made it harder for my small dog to roam around. The couch didn't match the one in the pictures and didn't have a tall back so someone on the tall side cant rest property without laying down. I would definitely come back and stay here again as it's close enough to town and attractions
