Meet Skip & Monica, proud VRBO Premier Hosts. Skip, a retired Vice President of Commercial Lending, dedicates his full time to managing their 4 vacation rentals and long-term properties in California and Texas. Monica, a former Dental Hygienist, brings her passion for design, art and decor to their vacation homes.

Together, they strive to create unforgettable experiences for their guests. Their love for hospitality is reflected in the little details in their homes and their friendly, approachable demeanor. With the help of professional cleaners and a dedicated hospitality manager, they ensure that their properties are always in top condition, providing their guests with ease and comfort during their stay.

In their free time, Skip and Monica enjoy exploring the great outdoors, from walking on the beach daily from their home in Huntington Beach when they aren't working on their homes, to hiking, rollerblading and riding their electric beach cruisers. They are always on the lookout for the best local restaurants, art exhibits, music venues, hiking trails and experiences to recommend to their guests and friends.
