Marylin villa is located in a quiet residential area just outside the town of Calonge, between the towns of Palamos and Playa de Aro and only 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom suite, a twin bed and a double double room, kitchen and a dining room / open living room, two bathrooms and a toilet next to the pool. Outside there is a pool area with a beautiful veranda.

The house is on one floor, consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with its own bathroom with bath and shower.

Kitchen open to the dining / living room. Equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, kettle and kitchen utensils.

Dining / living room with air conditioning, large table for 6, a sofa and a Spanish and foreign TV. The dining room communicates with a double door to the pool area. An Xbox console and board games are available.

You can park the car in the private garage of the house where you will also find a gym (bike elliptiqueTRX, Russian dumbbell ..)

Simply perfect

The villa is simply perfect. There is nothing missing and the facilities and location are great. Everything is very clean and extremely well maintained thanks to Mercedes. The beach and shops are a short drive away. The hosts and Mercedes are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean

We had a fantastic stay as a family with 2 teenage children. We were met on arrival by Francois and his dad and shown around the villa. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. We found it to be the perfect base for exploring the beautiful coast line and not too long a drive into Girona and Barcelona. Unfortunately the weather was not warm enough to make full use of the pool but we enjoyed evenings on the terrace and cooking over the barbecue. Francois was a pleasure to deal with from booking the villa to replying to a text whilst we were there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

La villa Marylin est très bien située et au calme. Le logement est fonctionnel et très bien équipée pour passer un bon séjour. Le seul point négatif serait la vue de la piscine qui est enclavée . Piscine et barbecue au top . Notre hôte François est très réactif si vous avez besoin et l hôte de accueil Mercedes est adorable. Je recommande cette villa .

Magnifique villa

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine et serions bien resté plus longtemps …. Avant le séjour , le propriétaire comme la personne qui nous accueille et effectue le ménage et l’état des lieux, ont pris contact avec nous quelques jours avant. Nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre arrivée et même plus concernant les alentours. À notre arrivée, accueil , propreté et villa magnifique où rien ne manque. Tout est pensé au plus petits détails : infrastructures, cuisines , ustensiles, jeux enfants et jeux vidéo…. Le propriétaire est très réactif et aux petits soins pour ses locataires à tout moment! Et donne de très bons conseils. Bref, une villa sublime comprenant 3 chambres , 2 SDB , 2 cuisines dont 1 extérieure avec plancha et BBQ, transats , salon de jardin , Nespresso ….. et une magnifique et grande piscine !!!Merci encore pour ce séjour qui a séduit à toute la famille!

La maison est très bien équipée mais vraiment excentrée.La voiture est indispensable. La collecte des déchets ne correspond en rien au tableau édité par la mairie.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr sauberes, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool, Terrasse und Fitnessraum. Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Baby. Die Kommunikation mit Francois/Nayra und Mercedes war sehr gut. Mercedes sorgt für die tolle Sauberkeit, vielen Dank dafür, dadurch fühlt man sich wie Zuhause 👍😁.

Prachtig huis van alle gemakkken voorzien. Buiten helemaal top met barbecue, buitendouche en overkapping. Zwembad ook heel fijn en schoon. Wat jammer was is dat de airco het de eerste 6 dagen niet deed maar dit werd uiteindelijk netjes opgelost.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren zu fünft 2 Erw. + 3 Kinder im Juni/Juli 2023 für 2 Wochen im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einer reinen Ferienhaussiedlung gelegen. Die Ausstattung sowie die Geräumigkeit des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gemütliche Terasse mit großem Esstisch, Chilllounge und Ventilator mit direktem Zugang zum wunderschönen Pool (geschätzt 9x4 m). Eine Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine und komplett ausgestatteter Aussenküche (2 Herdplatten, Spülbecken, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank sowie großem rustikalen Grill) direkt am Pool, laden zum Verweilen im Außenbereich ein. Die Kommunikation mit Francois war perfekt, er hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. In ca. 10 Autominuten erreicht man diverse Strände sowie nette, lebhafte Orte. Uns hat es abends oft nach Platja d´Aro gezogen, viele gute Restaurants und Gelegenheit zum Flanieren. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Einiziger Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits wäre das Anbringen von Insektenschutzgittern, da es doch recht mückig war.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir sind einen Tag später als geplant angereist und waren morgens um 07:00 Uhr dort. Der Schlüssel zum Haus hat sich in einem Schlüsselkasten befunden. Das Ganze hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung war überdurchschnittlich gut. In der Küche hat es an nichts gemangelt. Der Pool war für uns mit kleinen Kindern ideal, da er eine geflieste Treppe hatte und zudem noch eine Sitzbank, auf der die Kinder im Wasser sitzend spielen konnten. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas holprig, die Straße wird aber repariert und vermutlich in den nächsten Jahren asphaltiert. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, es ist sehr ruhig dort. Der Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer war jederzeit da, er hat uns Tipps rund um die Gegend gegeben und war immer stets hilfsbereit. Alles in allem kann das Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfohlen werden. Wir waren super zufrieden

Heerlijke vakantie in een prachtige villa!

Wij hebben twee fijne weken doorgebracht in deze zeer luxe vakantiewoning met een heerlijk zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de begeleiding van eigenaar Francois was voortreffelijk. Platja d"Aro is een heel gezellige badplaats waar het ook in het voorseizoen gezellig druk is. Enige minpuntje is het laatste deel van de toegangsweg naar de villa. Zeker een aanrader deze prachtige villa!

Séjour à Calonge printemps 2023.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est très agréable et même si la saison ne nous a pas pas permis de vraiment profiter de la piscine, la terrasse couverte était très appréciable. Quartier très calme qui permet de bien se reposer. Supermarchés à proximité. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Costa Brava. Nous recommandons totalement !

Excellente vacances

Excellent séjour car la maison est vraiment pratique et bien équipée . Il faut souligner l’excellence de l’accueil et du suivi tout au long de la semaine.
