Panoramic and gorgeous ocean, beach and coastline views, all the way to the colorful AC skyline. Extremely desirable Southend oceanfront location at 44th & Central.
This newer and well maintained top floor/ upper level duplex features over 2000 SF of living space, with 5 Bedrooms and 4 full baths. It is one of the largest rental options on the beach in the Southend. Enjoy tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Your family and friends will have plenty of room with 5 BRs, and 4 full baths. Comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms. There is an extra large elevator in addition to private interior stair access.
You will appreciate the open floor plan kitchen with large center island, ideal for socializing and meal prep. Stainless steel appliances (gas range, dual d/w, extra large sink) and dining table seating for 11 people. A large TV is provided in the living area, along with additional TV’s in most bedrooms for linked streaming services and wireless internet. There is a large oceanfront deck (with both covered and uncovered areas) to enjoy the endless ocean views and summer breezes or just relax in one of the teak rockers. Other features include multiple decks, a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, central AC, private ELEVATOR access and ground level entry foyer, full size garage with up to 2 additional off street spaces, extra full size refrigerator/freezer on ground level, Weber grill, enclosed beach level private cabana shower area with 4th full bath. Beach tags included during peak season.
Optional in-house linen services available upon request for an additional fee.

Spectacular Sunrises

This is a great oceanfront rental for a family reunion. The accommodations were clean and spacious, the owner responsive, and the view of the ocean is breathtaking.

The views of the water are outstanding. Plenty of room to relax. Very comfortable location and a quiet neighborhood. Took a handful of days to relax and enjoy the ocean - was a great stay.

A fabulous spot for a family celebration!

We were celebrating two milestone birthdays and this house was perfect. We had family from 25-87 years old! The VIEW is spectacular and the Great Room/Kitchen area was open and yet cozy! The wood burning fireplace was a highlight. The beds were comfy and the elevator came in handy. By far the highlight was the view and the sound of the waves!

The Jersey Shore Experience

Amazing vacation property with a view of the ocean that’s second to none. This rental is the top floor of a two unit building with great space. You walk out of the door and you’re on a quiet relaxed beach with a life guard. Great week with our kids and their cousins! If you want the Jersey Shore experience this is the spot!

Location and home were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation I would have is to mention in the listing that beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use. We all brought our own and it would have been nice if we didn't need to take up valuable car space bringing our own.

Best VRBO home/location EVER!

This home and oceanfront location are amazing! Five of us took a long weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, long walks on the beach, the boardwalk, cooking delicious meals in a well stocked kitchen, sleeping in or waking early from comfortable beds, sipping wine and chatting by the fire. Scott was a great host - provided us with all the information we needed and more. We saw a dolphin and triple rainbow. We will definitely return! Thank you so much.

Breathtaking

Beautiful home with stunning views. Our multi generational group 8-94 years old enjoyed every minute, despite many days of windy and stormy weather. (There's never a bad day at the beach.) Enjoyed gathering around the huge dining room table for home-cooked family meals, watching spectacular sunrises, the cozy fireplace and the joy always of the spectacular views and sounds of crashing waves in every direction. Scott was wonderful to work with and always responsive. Can't wait to return.

End of Summer 2024

We’ve spent at least a week at the South Jersey Shore most of the last decade, primarily on the south end of Sea Isle. We decided to try out the south end of Ocean City and found it equally enjoyable, as similar to Townsend’s Inlet, it was also a little quieter than the north end of the island, but plenty close enough to some neighborhood restaurants, Acme, sports courts, and a convenient drive to the Boardwalk and additional food, retail, etc. The house itself was beautiful, with great views to sunrise and the beach, as well as sunset views from the upper tower and multiple deck areas! And the house was super convenient to the beach with a semi-private acccess over the dunes! We had a great time and would highly recommend Scott’s place!!

Fantastic Week!

Thanks for an amazing week. My family and I have been coming to the Jersey Shore for nearly 50 years. This was the best place we have ever stayed. When we arrived, the place was very clean and we were warmly welcomed by the owner with a fresh box of sticky buns and a celebratory bottle of Prosecco. The location was perfect with an epic panoramic view of the beach. We loved watching the sunrise from the rocking chairs on the porch. The house was loaded with everything we needed and worked really well for our cross generational crew, especially the main living room / kitchen for everyone to hang out…and the elders really appreciated the elevator to help minimize the impact of the trips upstairs. Thanks again. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family!

We had a great time. We had never stayed anywhere that towels and sheets were not provided. There were a lot of gnats and fruit flies in the kitchen that were better after I removed a lime peel from the garbage disposal that was left from a previous guest. The refrigerator was not cold enough so some of our food went bad before we realized that. The plastic plants in the bathrooms were majorly dusty. The entire house could use a super dusting. We loved the porches and the elevator was so nice to have. The view was excellent.

Family get away

We were very spoiled and I don't think we can ever stay off the beach again. Beautiful sunrises every day, a cool breeze off the ocean and just a great home all the way around. One thing unique to Ocean City is the no linens being provided (this is normal in this area) - but Scott worked with us to get linens. Totally worth the small extra cost to make our stay that much easier. We came from Wisconsin and we didn't want to bring those with us ;) Everything was truly great, even when we had a couple issues with a door and the elevator, Scott responded in minutes to help us get squared away. Highly recommend and we will be back! One suggestion for Scott - lots of puzzles - but a few board games would be a great touch in case of a rainy day.

Great location for a family gathering

Our family were here for Thanksgiving week. The house is nicely equipped and the owner was very responsive. The views of the ocean were spectacular every morning.

Great spot to enjoy OC NJ

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was second to none and the convenience to the beach was perfect. The house has a great layout with appropriate furnishings for larger groups. The owner made the process super easy and was in contact as needed during the stay to ensure we were happy. Definitely recommend a stay here.
