Look no further for your perfect OCNJ vacation spot. 1 block to the boardwalk.
This 2020 Construction 2nd floor, comes with a private elevator, parking for 3 (1 in garage, 2 on parking pad/drive way), and an outdoor private shower. The fully furnished front balcony comes with a dining and multiple seating areas.

This 5 Bedroom, 4 full bath and 1 half bath property can accommodate 14.
Walk everywhere as this home is in the heart all of that is perfect in OCNJ - the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants on Asbury, etc.

Bedroom layout is:
BR 1 – Master bedroom with king bed, attached full bath and separate entrance to front deck
BR 2 – Master Jr with queen bed, attached full bath
BR 3 – Twin over full bunk with twin trundle
BR 4 – Twin bunks, and separate queen size bed, with attached deck shared with BR 5
BR 5 – Master Jr with queen bed, attached full bath, attached deck shared with BR 4

The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10 people and the living room has 2 sofas and 2 comfortable accent chairs.

Lots of extras include pack n play, beach chairs, beach tags, cooler, bikes, beach wagon, boogie boards, and some beach toys!

GUESTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS), PAPER PRODUCTS AND TOILETRIES.

Perfect location. Host was super friendly and helpful. Communication was terrific before, during and after our stay. House was in great condition and had everything we needed. Loved everything was on the same floor. One downside was noisy neighbors on floor above us the first two days.

Great property. We’ve bee going to OCNJ for many years and our friends had a condo very close to this property so we were familiar with the area. It’s a close walk to the beach and also not far from shopping and food off the boardwalk. Would absolutely book this property again.

Overall nice stay

Overall our family (group of 8 adults) had a nice stay at this property. The open kitchen/dining/living area was a big plus. It was great to have access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 2 bikes, and a large porch area to enjoy the outdoors. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was the horribly uncomfortable 2 queen size beds and one full size bed (extremely soft/no support and squeaky with every move). When I brought this up with the property manager, she responded and said new mattresses were ordered and they would be delivered shortly after we left so hopefully future renters get to experience better sleeping accommodations than we did.

Perfect family getaway

The property is beautiful and location could not be better. A short walk up 9th street to the boardwalk. It was very spacious and clean. They had just about everything you would need from an amenity standpoint and having an elevator was huge help for my elderly parents. Lastly the property manager/owner was responsive when needed. We will definitely being staying again!!

Awesome Beach Week - Great Property

The property was as described on VRBO. Immaculately clean. Check-in process was the easiest I've ever experienced. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk with only one traffic light. Will probably return next year.

Great location and close to everything!

The property exceeded our expectations and photos shown were exactly as they are. The amenities are abundant therefore no need to bring as much with us. We were able to walk to everything including beach, boardwalk, shops etc. The elevator was a life saver. Basically used for transporting boxes of food and clothing rather than taking stairs. Already looking forward to our next years stay!

GREAT Property

This was our second time staying here and we love it. It's in a great location. There's plenty of space, so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. It's a beautiful property that is well-maintained. They provide a number of thoughtful amenities. Seriously, just can't recommend it enough!

We stayed in this house for a week with family! It was the perfect house and it fit all of our needs! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants! Victoria was amazing to work with! Fabulous Property and Host

The property location is perfect for all ages. The Hosts included everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are quite comfortable. Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion getaway, Victoria was quick to get back to me with any questions ahead of our stay, luckily we didn’t need her much during! The house was clean and so nice. The location couldn’t have been better, we had lots of little kids with us and it was so easy to get to the beach or boardwalk (for ice cream) on a daily basis! The house came with a beach buggy and chairs which was so convenient. We were a group of 3 families with little ones and it was a perfect size. Would definitely recommend the house for anyone looking to stay in Ocean City!
