Looking for a great place to spend time with your family at the Jersey Shore? Our 1st floor duplex unit comes with everything you'll need for a fabulous, relaxing vacation.

This first-floor property is located at 17th and Wesley Ave, which is beach block and boardwalk, no crossing any streets. You can leave your car in the driveway and walk to it all! There is a 1 car garage to store all of your beach stuff while on vacation, as well as a carport area and street parking.

This home has a gourmet kitchen that is fully functional with everything you need. The living room comes equipped with WIFI and a large flat screen TV, and 3 of the other 4 bedrooms have cable TVs. Bunk bedroom has TV for gaming hookup only. For your convenience, the unit has central air-conditioning and a laundry area in the unit with new full-size washer and dryer. The Master bedroom and bath have just been completely updated with new paint, tile, shower, vanity and lighting.

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND BATH TOWELS OR RENT THEM FROM A LOCAL SERVICE.

Looking for fun out of the surf and sand? A quick stroll to the boardwalk finds you 2 large amusement parks with rides and attractions for all ages. There's also a great water park, miniature golf courses, arcades, shops and restaurants. Enjoy a family surrey ride, fly a kite, or just eat ice cream while watching the sunset. Ocean City, NJ is a GREAT family vacation destination!!

NOTE~~~- this property is NOT available for Senior Weeks, after-prom weekends, or large group rentals. NO Exceptions.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, second story home. It was well maintained, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The host was both professional and friendly. It is located directly next to the boardwalk access and a short walk to boardwalk attractions and the fisherman’s pier.

We were expecting a home away from home and this was not what we got. There were no linens, towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc….

Great Stay and Location.

We stayed at this property to attend a family wedding in Stone Harbor. Very nice home that was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. Very close to the boardwalk which allowed us to walk and spend time with the kids during our down time. Lisa, was very nice and communicative. Definitely worth the stay and we hope to stay here again.

Best Ocean City vacation ever!

We have been coming to Ocean City for a week in the Summer for YEARS, but this was the first time that we had the opportunity to share this with family from Colorado who had never been to the Jersey shore. We had 7 adults and 3 children for the week, plus additional Pennsylvania family coming for day trips to meet and enjoy our western cousins. The house had an open floor plan with plenty of seating for our large group, both in the living room and at the dining table. The outside porch area also had a lot of seating. The kitchen was amazing with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and food storage. Being on the block next to the boardwalk was also quite convenient!

Family vacation

Our 3 generation family of 10 enjoyed a weeklong stay in this awesome home. Great location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Very spacious with well stocked kitchen. Outdoor covered balcony and garage for storing our beach gear was a plus. Lisa was a pleasure to communicate with and even called us prior to our stay to answer any questions that we might have.

Family wedding getaway

Our family gathered in Ocean City to celebrate the marriage of our niece, and couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. Perfect amount of bedrooms and baths and very spacious kitchen and dining area. Great table for morning coffee and evening card games. Lisa answered all of our questions promptly and was a great host. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

My daughter got married at The Flanders Hotel on Friday the 13th and we stayed at this home from Wed thru Sun. It was absolute perfection! The home is spacious, having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was wonderful and the kitchen is phenomenal. Lisa was awesome to work with and we just loved this house. I look forward to staying at this home again soon!

Perfect home for large group near beach/boardwalk

Excellent property with plenty of space for a larger group( we had 12). Spacious kitchen and family room space and we loved our time sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect with just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We never needed a car! Lisa was accessible and wonderful to deal with throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Lovely vacation home

This home was very comfortable and well suited for our family (7 adults, 3 children). It is so close to 17th Street beach which almost felt like a private beach since it’s several blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the 12th Street area of the Boardwalk. That said, it was a fair walk to the “retail” part of the Boardwalk. One of the best parts of renting this home was how easy communication was with Lisa. Any inquiry was promptly answered. The kitchen in this home was extremely well stocked, as was the garage where we were able to use a number of beach supplies/toys/wagon. The outdoor veranda overlooking Wesley Ave was our favourite spot in the evenings. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental property.

The location of this home is perfect for people who like the boardwalk, but not the commercial area and want to be close to the beach without having to cross any streets. Our home is located beach block of 17th and Wesley Streets.

This is a newer home, built in 2000, beautifully decorated and spacious.
