EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT dans Ocean Village Resort. Rez-de-chaussée, très bien situé

Situé directement en face de la piscine principale et de l'accès à la plage. Notre magnifique petit coin de paradis a traversé de nombreuses tempêtes. Nous avons rénové et complètement vidé et reconstruit avec seulement les meilleurs matériaux que nous avons pu trouver.

L'ouragan de 2017, Irma et Dorian 2019, notre unité a survécu sans dommages, arbres environnants et quelques dégâts d'arbustes, mais l'Association est entrée en action et a eu plusieurs équipes d'aménagement paysager pour restaurer le terrain. Nous gardons l'unité à jour avec les tendances actuelles, le plan d'étage ouvert, les appareils en acier inoxydable, la laveuse et la sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité. Un patio blindé, donnant sur le golf. Vous verrez certains des plus beaux couchers de soleil depuis votre chaise de patio.

Il y a des kilomètres de belle plage isolée ainsi que la pêche dans les vagues. La ville propose également un quai de pêche à proximité et de nombreux bateaux charter sont disponibles à la marina.

Nous avons pris grand soin de faire de notre résidence secondaire un endroit où tout le monde aimerait revenir, une station balnéaire avec tout
sur le bout de vos doigts.

Il est situé au centre, et juste en face du parcours de golf se trouve la principale piscine de taille olympique avec accès à la plage immaculée et à l'océan. Un bar Tiki pour des repas légers et des boissons. Il y a un restaurant sur la
locaux ainsi que de nombreux restaurants raffinés dans la région.

Votre voiture sera garée juste devant la porte d'entrée. Lorsque vous franchissez la porte d'entrée, les améliorations sont immédiatement remarquées avec les armoires en bois d'érable riche, les comptoirs en granit et l'acier inoxydable amélioré. Nous avons pris grand soin d'approvisionner notre cuisine
avec tout ce dont un chef aura besoin pour cuisiner un repas gastronomique. Complet avec un café
 machine, four grille-pain, mixeur et mixeur pour cuire votre gâteau préféré, biscuits.

Il y a aussi plein de plats, casseroles / poêles et
tout ce que vous attendez de trouver dans une cuisine bien équipée.

Pétanque, tennis, bar tiki, restaurant, juste en face du condo. Une promenade sur les greens où vous êtes là en profitant de tout ce que vous cherchez.

Overall great experience. There were so many things to do close to the property. The farthest place we went to was about an hour away at Sebastian Inlet. What a beautiful part of the world!Make sure you wear your sunscreen and bug spray!

Cozy and comfortable

Mary and Ed made our stay like home away from home. Every amenity we needed was thought of. The location near hole # 1 was ideal for golfing and a short walk to the pool, tiki bar and restaurant.

Anniversary trip

Very roomy condo with all the amenities we needed. We visited before the main influx of snowbirds so it was a peaceful week. Mary & Ed were great hosts and very responsive when we had any questions. Would stay again when back in Ft. Pierce area.

Wonderful vacation

What a wonderful time we had staying at this condo at Ocean Village! The condo was perfect and the amenities at the complex were top shelf! Working with the owners Mary and Ed was wonderful and they were fantastic hosts, making sure our stay was comfortable and smooth. Would highly recommend this unit and complex! Looking forward to spending more time there in 2018!

Ocean Village Stay

Wife & I really enjoyed our stay, Great location, very easy unloading & loading our car with luggage being ground floor unit. Good view of golfer’s if you like to people watch, as unit is right on the course. Our communication with owner’s was good and they are very accommodating.The condo was wonderful for 2 people.

Comfortable and Clean

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is comfortable and clean and offers everything that you need to enjoy this lovely property. Word to the wise, if you are prone to bug bites make sure you use bug spray when going outdoors, noseeums are hungry this time of the year.

Ocean Village Condo

This was our second month this winter and we enjoyed the location and all the amenities at Ocean Village. The condo is close to the tiki bar restaurant and ocean. The kitchen had an abundance of equipment and we really enjoyed the new air fryer/toaster. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect place for family vacations!

We have a good time and relaxing time. Home away from home. Condo is very well stocked with all kitchen items, comfortable king bed, and pull out coach great for family of 4! The location is absolutely perfect. Awesome beach, pools and hot tub. Highly recommended. Condo was exactly as described. The owner are friendly and quickly response for all questions.

Nice condo on golf course

We love the location of our Ocean Village condo on the golf course and just a short walk to pools, beach and tiki bar and restaurant. It is our second year here. The owners are very good at communicating too. The kitchen has everything we need and we were happy to have a new air fryer/oven to use this year.

Ocean Village

Ocean Village has many opportunities for activities. The condo was in a great location and was well appointed. I thought the listing was accurate accept for missing that the main pool and pickle ball courts were not available because they were under construction. Our hosts were immediately responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the main pool is under renovations, but there are three other pools on the property. We did advise you prior to your arrival to give you the opportunity to cancel with full refund. Pickle ball is not an amenity of Ocean Village, individuals started this program on the tennis courts and were not permitted by the city. The Property Association is working on this as well and hope in the future to build pickle ball courts. Unfortunately these issues where not in our control and we hope they are resolved in the very near future

The condo was clean, had a nice updated kitchen and well appointed furnishings.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was on the ground floor, which was important for us, since there were floors above in the building. The parking was conveniently close. The interior was furnished very nicely. The bedroom had plenty of pillows and blankets. The living room furniture was very nice and comfortable. There is a full bathroom, plus a second washing basin and plenty of room for our personal toiletries. There were plenty of towels. And having a washer and dryer in the condo is extremely convenient The owner was good enough to leave us cheese and crackers for a snack when we arrived. The wifi worked great, and the TV channels were all we needed. The enclosed patio looked out on the golf course and is a great for a lunch or just sitting and reading. The condo is right on the golf course, and the beach is about 300 yards away. We had some nice walks on the beautiful, clean beach. We went to the Sunday morning Chapel service at the clubhouse. That was very convenient for visitors who aren't familiar with the area. We ate at The Inn at Ocean Villages, and the food was very good. If we return to Fort Pierce, we'll try to rent this exceptional condo for the time we're there. If you can rent this condo, don't hesitate. Just lock it in!

Great place. The apartment was wonderful, comfortable, cl;ean, and great location. We also love the development. The beach is right there and a nice par 3 golf course as well.
