Located on beautiful Hutchinson Island,Fl. and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 1/1 condo is located in Ocean Village (a gated community) with 24 hour security. The community has just about every amenity you can think of. Swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, sauna, exercise facility and more. On-site tiki bar at the main swimming pool with a sit down bar/restaurant just a few steps away. Many local eateries with waterfront dining within a 10 minute drive. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunrises.

Beautiful Property

The property and this unit is highly recommended. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we loved being able to take a very short walk to the beach.

Beautiful beach and condo!

Excellent amenities, location and extracurricular activities. The condo had everything you could need, a lush private green view from the patio, the beach was a short walk away and you practically had it to yourself, the har-tru tennis courts were well cared for, the bar and restaurant were on par with any nice restaurants in town.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful quiet neighborhood located by the beach. The condo was very clean we loved the screened in porch and the layout of the condo. Had great amenities within walking distance. David was great with communication. We cant wait to return next year.

Birthday Visit

It was the most comfortable and well maintained home I have ever stayed in. All you would need are your clothes. Everything else was provided in that lovely place. Great restaurants nearby and most important it is only a 4 minute walk to a very lovely beach. I hope to come back next year.

Fabulous stay!

We had an amazing month at David’s lovely condo. The location was perfect and the amenities…amazing! The beach chairs, cooler, wagon, bikes, welcome basket…I could go on and on. David was quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely helpful. We’ll be back!!

Perfect place!!!

Absolutely loved the place a.d thw pictures were exactly what you see when you enter the apartment. It's on the first floor easily accessible. David was very helpful with all our questions and was quick in his reaponses!!! We would recommend them to everyone!

Restful Respite Retreat

It's obvious that David and Ivette have thought of everything when equipping this relaxing retreat. We appreciated the details of providing all the little touches that was not only inviting but functional, too (ie: phone chargers on the nightstands, the unexpected welcome basket & the oh-so comfortable egg chair:). The unit was spotless, and David was very responsive to our questions. We recommend renting with them for anyone looking for a nice getaway on a resort property.

Quiet resort, fully equipped condo

Bikes, fishing poles, coolers, beach supplies. The amenities were endless! Was so nice to be on 1st floor. Walk out the lanai threw the palm trees and off to the pool, beach, golfing or fishing. It is all just a few minutes away. The hosts were awesome, they made sure that we had everything that we needed. The residents of the community were all very friendly as well. Thank you for a stress free week!

Great Stay

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. The hosts were always very responsive and kind. The condo is well appointed. The cookware is functional versus other places I have stayed. The condo is well organized - any needed items are easily found. The location is a couple of units away from the beach but it is still a great location. It is close to one of the condos 5 pools and right on the golf course. The screened porch has foliage around it so there is a nice nook of privacy from golfers and passer-by. Ocean Villiage is such a great place to vacation and this condo is a perfect place to call ‘home’ during vacation. The hosts also have a nice welcome snack basket as a personal touch. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
