Check-in process was a breeze. If you park at Bru city the parking lot is very well lit and is only a 2 min walk to the apartment. Once arriving you will be met with a rather small elevator and once in the apartment you will see excellent views from every angle. Everything you need is found in the cabinets and due to the location, finding eats is as convenient as ever. Location is about a 5 min walk to Grand Place and 10 min walk to Brussel Central. (If you want to go to Brugge). The only downside is that it’s in a very busy part of town, so as long as the windows are shut and the fan is on. Sleeping shouldn’t be an issue, but you will hear street noise.

Great location for visiting Brussels. Easy to get to the trains and local restaurants, bars, and sites.

Our family loved this flat. It's very spacious compared to other apartments/homes we had in Western Europe. Great location is just a few blocks from everything you need to see on a first trip to Brussels. Modern and well appointed inside. Elevator is handy for luggage. Very secure. The only con for us was some trash and dirty staircase outside the flat, and a storage odor there too, but not the fault of the host and didn't affect our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, bright, spotless apartment in perfect location. You are close to excellent food shops, restaurants and the grand place. There is a small lift and comfortable beds. Only drawback is there is no A/C and the area is busy so there is street noise. Everything is new. Lots of storage.

We arrived on a rainy New Year's Day after the first leg of our European trip to find the elevator not working. Up to the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) we went with our heavy bags in tow. Not a great start to the visit, but once we opened the door and saw the rooms we relaxed and started enjoying our stay. The Kitchen & Living Room had plenty of space and the shower was great. The elevator was fixed the next day, so no worries about carrying the bags down when we were going to leave a couple of days later. The apartment is perfectly located, only a short walk from Grand Place and the Metro. Central Station was about a 10 min walk, even with bags in tow. Spent a couple of days exploring Brussels but also took a train into Paris one day and up to Bruges on another. Very easy to get around and great cafes, bars and restaurants to visit. I would agree with the last reviewer that the bathroom was a bit misleading as it's really just a 1 bath, just a separate room for the toilet (and very small sink). It worked well for our family of 4..but not sure I would stay here as a group of 6. It's really just 1 BR (although there is a separating door that can be pulled out before the bunk beds. The pictures are very accurate so there should be no real surprises.
