It is a beautiful place and we were able to stay here, cook for ourselves and see our family which was wonderful. Place was lovely and looked clean. However we had many issues. Toilets were blocked during entire stay and even though landlord tried to sort it It was our full stay. We were meant to have enough sheets for us and our children we did not. It was lucky we were traveling and children had their blankets to keep them warm anyway. We ended up being bitten by bedbugs and on the day before we left of our stay we found a mouse.

The location is ideal, below the city viewing point. Lidl just across the road, hot water, clean bedding and kitchen utensils. The host is very polite and let us to check in 2 hours earlier. The only inconsistency is with sleeping places. With enough sleeping for 4 but only 1 double duvet for all. Pictures attached.

We enjoyed the charm of the rooftopApartment, but would have chosen somewhere else based on these factors:1:) The all-night noise. On Friday night a club beneath us played till after 4am. Beyond the noise, the base shakes the entire apartment. We missed most of a night of sleep. 2.) Communication with the owners was haphazard. 3.) The property is accessed through a stairway which is open to the street. Returning to our apartment Sunday, the door to the stairway was held closed by an unhoused man who was staying in the stairwell. He did leave after only a few minutes and we were able to access the stairs to the apartment.

The host never sent us the complete address, we didn't receive the street number, only a picture of a door which contained an erase number sent the same day of arrival at last minute when we were looking for the address that couldn't find itPictures on property listing didn't show or stated the amount of stairs at the entrance as well as inside of the apartment, stairs to the bedroom and to the living room. It had very narrow stair steps not easy to use with luggage, and lack of handle rail in bedroom stairsBathroom had no toilet seatThe mattress was old and nasty dirty and we had bedbug bites all over our bodyThe place needed a deep cleaning overall specially the bathroom walls and floors and greasy furniture kitchen
