Welcome to Seneca View Villa, a VRFLX lake-view stay where guests can walk to wineries and breweries along one of the most sought-after stretches of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

Perched above Seneca Lake along the Scenic Byway, Seneca View Villa offers panoramic lake and vineyard views, spacious gathering areas, premium amenities, and rare walkable access to some of the Finger Lakes' most beloved wineries and breweries.

Leave the car behind and walk directly to Two Goats Brewing, Atwater Vineyards, and Chateau LaFayette Reneau. Additional Wine Trail favorites, including JR Dill Winery and Grist Iron Brewing, are also nearby and can be reached on foot by many guests.

Inside, the Villa was designed for guests to gather comfortably while still having room to spread out. The home features multiple living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and inviting spaces for families, friends, and wine country getaways.

Villa-only bookings are for registered overnight guests only. Additional daytime guests, vendors, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, brunches, receptions, open-house style gatherings, or other organized on-site activities are not permitted.

For groups of up to 16 overnight guests, wedding-adjacent lodging, retreats, offsites, or guests who want exclusive access to both homes, Seneca View Estate may be the better fit because it includes both the Villa and Bungalow with full access to the Seneca View property.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing! The house is in a great location and is central to everything in the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed for seven adults and a dog! The hot tub was very relaxing! We all really enjoyed it. Super easy for check-in. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back myself !

Loved this property. Perfectly met our needs of wanting a relaxing vacation with mixed in hiking and wine/brewery/distillery tours. Great views of the lake off the back deck and possibly best of all, an easy walk to Two Goats Brewery next door.

Hosts were great. Home was incredibly clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags and toilet paper / paper towels. Excellent location, close to so many fun places. Slept 4 adults and 6 kids without issue. Wish we could’ve used the outdoor areas but the extreme cold weather wouldn’t allow it. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

The house was wonderfully welcoming! Comfortable bedrooms, nice open kitchen/dining room, fun game room - this house had it all for a nice, relaxing family vacation. The views of the lake were amazing and so peaceful. We also had a great time exploring the local community.

Great for touring breweries!

This place was perfect for our Annual Brewery Tour trip! The location is great and it fit our group of eight adults well. One couple slept in the bunk room but the bed was big enough for them to share. The house is beautiful and has a great view. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect lake house trip!

Perfect getaway for our group! 6 adults and 6 kids plus the dogs and we all had a wonderful time! A little close to the main road which was unexpected but turned out to be fine. Beautiful property and gorgeous home!

Amazing Sunset View

This place was beautiful. Very spacious and clean! The view was amazing every night! The fire pit was a great place to sit and relax at night while listening to the live music playing from the brewery. We all can’t wait to stay again.

Great vacation on the Finger Lakes!

While this house does not have direct lake access, the location is perfect! The views are incredible and the house is HGTV worthy! Located close to Watkins Glenn and right on the winery trail. Will be back!

Fantastic Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our group, which consisted of 3 couples visiting the Finger Lakes Region for the first time. House was well appointed and well stocked, and the hot tub was just an extra bonus. The brewery down the hill is very quiet and does not disturb the occupants of the house. House is very close to Watkins Glenn, dining, vineyards, etc. Great place.

We’re a husband-and-wife team who fell in love with the Finger Lakes long before we ever imagined hosting guests here. After years of spending summers on Seneca Lake and returning to the area whenever we could, we purchased our first vacation rental in 2014 and eventually made the Finger Lakes our full-time home in 2019.

What began as a single vacation home has grown into VRFLX, a small collection of guest-focused properties designed to help visitors experience the very best of the region we love.
