Orchard Place es una propiedad única enclavada en Longview Farm. Combina una casa de campo vintage con una casa litera única en su tipo.

Longview Farm es una granja familiar en funcionamiento ubicada en más de 200 acres de terreno apacible, privado, tipo parque, con vistas cautivadoras, senderos para caminar, huerto y piscina olímpica. La cocina de la casa de campo con encimeras de granito, dos lavaplatos y estufa Viking, está esperando para servir una celebración de banquete. The Great Room cuenta con espacio para comer para 24 personas y una enorme chimenea. El porche tiene capacidad para 22 invitados adicionales y tiene entrenadores y sillas que dan la bienvenida a las tardes perezosas.

El granero fue renovado en una barraca con dos pisos con capacidad para 12 personas. Con mesa de air hockey, juegos de pinball y futbolín. También tiene su propia cocina completa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 2 baños y se puede evaluar en silla de ruedas.

Si bien hay conexión WiFi en el hogar, la familia Joerger alienta a los visitantes a caminar, leer y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Hay manadas de ciervos, pequeños animales amigables, así como muchos tipos de aves, y tal vez un atisbo de un coyote. Nice location

Family week in the Finger Lakes

Nine adults and three children spent a week at this property. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of comfortable seating outside on the porch, nice big yard, and the pool was great on the very hot days that we used it. Not far from Watkins Glen or Ithica...and of course so many wineries/breweries. Quick responses from owner when questions asked. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Space to Bring People Together

The space was perfectly hospitable for a group of people who wanted to explore the Finger Lakes region and also just enjoy quality time together. It was a beautiful home with a yard, kitchen, and common spaces that allowed for a relaxing and meaningful time with our group.

Cousin’s reunion

This home was clean and comfortable! The big kitchen and extra long dining table allowed us to make some great meals and dine all together! We appreciated the pool and the beautiful setting!! Highly recommend for large family gatherings!

The house and property are beautiful! It’s perfect place to stay with a large group. It was very helpful to have a second refrigerator/kitchen for food & beverage storage. We really enjoyed being able to sit together for meals, especially on the covered porch.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had an amazing reunion with friends at this property. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, there were enough sheets for every bed and the highlight was the amazing pool. It is uncommon to find a rental that sleeps so many comfortably and be able to sit down and eat dinner all as one large group. Albert was easily accessible with communication and ensured we had a great time.

Fabulous family reunion!

The most fabulous place! We had a family reunion combined with my father‘s 95th birthday party! There are so many sweet spaces to sit and be together, and the views are gorgeous! The pool was a total hit! We had a multi generational swim meet the last day, and it was hysterical. I highly recommend the spot for any important, family or organizational gatherings!

great property for our family gathering for a nearby wedding!

Beautiful property in a great location!! Large family gathering for the weekend was perfect!! Wheelchair accessible for my father was very convenient. The bunkhouse was perfect for the younger adults to socialize and not bother the older contingent in the main house. Pool towels would have helped reduce the towel shortage, but we purchased 10 towels for future renters to use. Quiet and very secluded, enjoyed by all, thank you!!

Family Vacation

The property met all of our needs and expectations for a week-long stay that included 9 adults and 7 children. The large, fully-equipped kitchen made meal preparation for 16 people easier than anticipated. There was more than enough table seating in the main house and on the covered patio. Weather was not a concern because there was plenty of space both indoors and outside for family activities. The hosts responded quickly when we reached out to them with questions. We would definitely stay there again for a future family reunion!

A vacation property can't get any better!!

A short vacation with family and friends at this estate property was perfect with everything that it has to offer. Other than the property being very spacious and fully equipped with every amenity, there is so much outdoor space for playing sports/games and the heated outdoor pool tops it all. Gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors can accommodate large groups of people which allows people to spend time together. Albert was very responsive and helpful with any queries or needs we had. I would certainly plan to visit again!!

Great place for a family get together.

Well equipped kitchen facility which we took advantage of. An ice maker would have been useful. We enjoyed the country setting which afforded us privacy. The dish washer to the right of the sink should be looked at. Our kitchen crew stopped using it as they thought it was not cleaning dishes properly. Very happy overall.

Great Family Get Together For New Year's Eve

We had the pleasure of staying here for the last few days of December 2018 and welcoming in the 2019 New Year. We were 20+ with room for all. The bunkhouse was a favorite for the kids. The great room in the main house adjoining an updated kitchen was the focal point of our stay. Sitting around the fireplace, playing games and enjoying great family time together. Plenty of area to hike on the immediate property and we enjoyed hiking in two of the local state parks -Taughannock Gorge and Buttermilk Falls. Close to stores, Atlas Bowling and local dining. The property is fantastic! The Joergers were easy and a pleasure to deal with for us.

Awesome Family Vacation

The house, bunk house, large lawn, and salt-water pool were ideal for our 20-member family vacation. The kitchen was a very busy location with more than enough cookware for all of our family meals. The large table in the each of dining locations, inside and outside on a covered patio, allowed all of us to sit down together for all of our meals. Because of the location, there was plenty of things in the area to go to. The things we did included a trip to Watkins Glen (all 20 of us walked down the Gorge Trail), a Farmers' Market, a day on the water on a pontoon boat on Seneca Lake, wine tours, biking, motorcycle rides, plus other sight-seeing. Because we had ideal weather, the pool proved to be a very busy place. The large lawn allowed us to play many things, such as a great dodgeball game, badminton, wiffle baseball, cornhole competitions, and foot races. There was nothing negative about our wonderful vacation at The Orchard Place.

Peaceful Family Vacation

It was such a perfect house and property for what we wanted out of this family trip. We were hoping for a little peace and quiet, with plenty of room to let the kids run and play. The house was clean and everything was up to our standards. There was even a family of foxes outside our window the first morning. I’ve never seen 3 baby foxes running and playing before. So many fun memories made, and it was very low-stress thanks to how the house is set up, stocked, and maintained. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely beautiful property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Ithaca College graduation. Location is gorgeous & peaceful. Enjoyed being surrounded by nature and the expansive grounds were perfect for yard games or flying a kite. The pool was massive and came in handy on the 90 degree day (thank you for opening it early for our arrival). Lounging around surrounded by the orchard was heaven. The pool is 5ft. deep all the way across so we bought a bunch of noodles and floats to avoid treading water or swimming. The kitchen is very well stocked. The main house is gorgeous and perfect for hosting a gathering inside and out. The bunk house is great for the young crowd. The hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions/concerns. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property and location

Our group travels to the area annually, and it has been challenging to find a proposers that can accommodate our large group, but this place was definitely one of our best experiences. Great set up of rooms for multiple families and wonderful common space inside and out.

Wonderful Holiday

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was amazing. There was lots of room for our party. Only complain I had was that the pool heat was not working and the gate to the pool area was locked so we had to go thru the bunkhouse which was a little inconvenient. But both can be fixed easily .. overall a very positive experience which we will surely do again
