Ski-to-door apartment, 6-8 people, 62 m2, Les Coches, La Plagne, Paradiski

Ground floor apartment on the balcony-terrace side, located on the 2nd floor by the passageways, completely renovated to welcome you in the best conditions. It is located in the residence "Le Carrousel", facing south, facing the slopes, less than 50 m from the Lac Noir gondola. Elevator. Ski lockers on the ground floor.

We have designed this apartment for skiers, with plenty of storage space, a ski boot rack (located in the entrance hall), a pleasant living room which opens onto an enclosed balcony-terrace, gate which gives direct access to the slopes, a kitchen with all the equipment necessary to be as comfortable as at home.

Description:

 3 bedrooms including:
    - 2 bedrooms (1 and 2) equipped with bunk beds 140 * 190 (2 people) at the low level and 90 * 190 (1 person) at the high level. Cupboards in both bedrooms.
- 1 parental suite: double bed of 160 * 200, large closet, independent hanging toilet, bathroom.

For sleeping, duvets and pillows are provided. Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases are not provided. Possibility to rent them, as well as the bathroom kit (bath towel, hand towel) and to reserve end of stay cleaning.

The entrance hall leads to a shower room (clothes line for laundry), separate toilets, and the two bedrooms 1 and 2. You will find coat racks, the rack for ski boots and a large closet.

The living room is equipped with a table with benches and stools for dining, sofa for relaxing in front of the television (DVD player), numerous shelves including for drying gloves.
The kitchen includes all the usual household appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fondue sets (burners), raclette and pierrades .

This apartment can accommodate a large family or friends to spend a pleasant time.

MISCELLANEOUS: non-smoking rental, pets not allowed, no disabled access.

The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility to rent from Sunday to Sunday, depending on availability, which allows you to go on the road in better conditions and enjoy a Saturday when the domain will be yours.
NB:
During the school holiday periods, i.e. Christmas-New Year holidays (21 Dec 2019 - 5 January 2020) and Winter holidays (8 February-8 March 2020), reservations are made exclusively from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday depending on availability. Thank you for your understanding.

My worse stay with VRBO

All bad quality. No bed linens and no towels. Not even 1 toillet paper at arrival. No WiFi, that was announced and that the owner was supposed to give us the access at arrival.

L’appartement est comme décris. Il est très bien équipé. Très bonne emplacement au pied des pistes. Seul défaut nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant et à notre départ.Un bon coup de ménage en début de saison ne serait pas un luxe.Mais à part cela très bien.

Merci pour vos commentaires. Je considère effectivement que l'appartement doit être propre à l'arrivée d'un locataire. Pour ce faire, soit le locataire précédent a effectué le ménage soit il a réservé le ménage de fin de séjour auprès de la conciergerie. A votre arrivée il n'y a pas d'état des lieux effectué avec la conciergerie. Je vous invite donc à prendre des photos et, à me les faire parvenir, pour des désagréments que vous pourriez rencontrer et, contacter la conciergerie. Je reste très attentif à vos remarques pour améliorer le service.

Die Toilette und Bäder waren sauber alles andere nicht. Am schmutzigsten war das Kücheninventar.

Nach der Ankunft mussten wir als erstes die Schlafzimmer die Matratzenschoner, die Schränke und ganz besonders das Kücheninventar gründlich reinigen. Auf dem Besteck klebten noch die Essensreste der Vorgänger auch Teller und Töpfe waren teilweise extrem ekelhaft

5 jours de ski entre amis

La localisation du logement est tout simplement parfaite. A ce prix là c’est imbattable. L’appartement était ni trop grand ni trop petit pour 7 personnes c’était super. Petit bémol au niveau de la poussière à certains endroits notamment dans les armoires ainsi que sur les bords du lit mais sinon rien a redire. Merci encore nous reviendrons c’est sur !

Du bien et du (vraiment) moins bien

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire avant le séjour, ils nous a même laissés venir en avance. Que dire de l'après séjour ... Nous sommes pressés par un monsieur pour partir à 10h alors que le départ est à 11h. Nous nous dépêchons donc de rendre l'appartement le plus rapidement possible. Résultats : Nous sommes facturés pour le ménage pas correctement fait ... Et cerise sur le gateau, nous sommes également facturés pour un morceau de toilette cassé, chose qui bien entendu, est absolument fausse.

La caution sert effectivement à me prémunir des désagréments occasionnés par les locataires. Vous êtes les seconds, en un peu plus de 6 ans de location de cet appartement, à qui je dois effectuer une retenue sur la caution, mais pourquoi ? La bien séance veut que l'on rende un appartement propre et c'est aussi inscrit dans le règlement du site. Lorsque ce dernier est rendu sans que le ménage ne soit fait, celui-ci est effectué par la conciergerie, qui naturellement me le facture et donc qui vous est retenu sur la caution. Comme je vous l'ai expliqué dans nos différents échanges via le site, vous avez laissé l'appartement dans un état qui ne correspond pas à celui que vous avez trouvé lors de votre arrivée. Photos à l'appui que vous avez reçues. Faire le ménage est une opération qui doit s'anticiper, votre excuse de manque de temps n'est pas recevable. Lors du ménage effectué par la conciergerie, il a été trouvé un morceau de céramique qui a conduit à trouver le réservoir du WC cassé. Les personnes de la conciergerie, qui ont toute ma confiance et sont professionnelles passent systématiquement après le départ des locataires pour vérifier les lieux.
