❄❄ In winter: Located close to the gondola and along a slope providing access to the vast Paradiski ski area (La Plagne + Les Arcs). Ski-in/Ski-out building ⛷, directly accessing the "Montchavin" slope that runs past the building. Ski school departure point 500m away. Access to Les Arcs via the Vanoise Express, just two lifts from the apartment.

đŸŒČđŸŒČ Surroundings: The building is situated at the edge of a forest, 400m from shops and activities in the resort, and 4 km from the village of Montchavin, accessible on foot, by car, or via a free gondola! Séjour trÚs agréable

Un appartement fonctionnel et incroyablement Ă©quipĂ©. TrĂšs propre. L’ascenseur est un plus quand il faut dĂ©charger les bagages ! L’appartement est orientĂ© cĂŽtĂ© montagne, avec une belle vue comparĂ© aux appartements cĂŽtĂ© route. La communication avec Isabelle a Ă©tĂ© parfaite du dĂ©but Ă  la fin et elle a bien rĂ©pondu Ă  toutes nos questions, que ce soit sur les environs, les cours esf, ou l’appartement en lui-mĂȘme. Seul mini hic : le dĂ©part « skis aux pieds » de la rĂ©sidence n’est pas possible avec des jeunes enfants (piste rouge verglacĂ©e), il faut donc monter ou descendre Ă  pieds pour aller aux cours collectifs. Mais aucun problĂšme pour les skieurs adultes et/ou confirmĂ©s. Nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able semaine en famille.

Pour une premiÚre expérience sur Les Coches, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans l'appartement d'isabelle qui est trÚs bien équipé. Mention spéciale sur la localisation en bord de piste trÚs appréciable tant le matin pour le départ que le soir aprÚs une bonne journée de ski dans ce grand domaine de paradiski

A lovely apartment close to a “challenging” piste

Lovely clean, well appointed apartment with plenty of room for the four of us. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings. The piste basher was a welcome sight on the nights it was bashed. Altogether a great stay in a great location, easy to head over to les arcs via the vanoise express or into La plagne. Baker was a 5-10 minute walk. Clear communication from the apartment manager meant that check-in went without a hitch. Couldn’t fault it!

Logement parfait !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement idĂ©alement placĂ© par rapport aux pistes depuis la local Ă  ski du bĂątiment et assez fonctionnel pour 5 adultes. Il y a des places de parking juste en face et il est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied du centre du village. L’hĂŽte Ă©tait super sympa et disponible Ă  la moindre question.

Thank you Isabelle for a great stay! Your apartment was exactly as described and you couldn't have been more helpful in assisting with our check in process and general queries. The apartment is perfectly positioned for ski in / ski out via the piste down to the Montchavin chair lift. it is also very well located for accessing the restaurants and shops in Les Caches by foot. We all had a great time!

Great Value Ski In Ski Our apartment

The apartment in Les Coches is true ski-in ski-out.The Les Coches location is convenient for both La Plagne and Les Arcs.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including cleaning materials.Isabelle was very communicative leading up to and during our stay.Overall a great stay and great value for the price that we paid.

U point de départ parfait pour profiter du domaine Paradiski

L'appartement est confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes avec ses 2 chambres. Il est situĂ© au pied des pistes (attention : il s'agit d'une piste rouge) et peut donc vraiment ĂȘtre qualifiĂ© de ski aux pieds. L'ensemble du domaine est accessible trĂšs rapidement aussi bien cĂŽtĂ© La Plagne que les Arcs. Les commerces sont Ă  10 minutes Ă  pieds au centre du village des Coches. Merci Ă  Isabelle pour la communication facile et agrĂ©able et pour la gentille attention Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.

Excellent apartment

Amazing stay in Les Coches. Apartment is right on the slope. Sadly snow conditions meant we could not ski out, but a small climb took us to a lift and we were on our way. We were family of 4 and apartment felt spacious and was well equipped with a nice balcony overlooking the piste. Isabelle (the owner) was super helpful and check in/out was very easy. Les Coches is superbly located to explore La Plagne and Les Arcs and the town is walkable with a few restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans ce logement au pied des pistes. L'appart était propre, bien entretenu et trÚs fonctionnel. La communication avec Isabelle a été trÚs facile et a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions.Elle a été trÚs arrangeante pour nous laisser arriver plus tÎt et partir plus tard.

L'appartement est bien situé, à quelques minutes des remontées mécaniques. Ideal pour un séjour à la Plagne entre amis tout en étant un peu à l'écart dans un village charmant ! Isabelle est trÚs sympathique et réactive.

Semaine magnifique aux Coches

Appartement trÚs bien équipé situé au pied des pistes, à 10' à pied du centre village et des commerces par un chemin enneigé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre véhicule de la semaine. AccÚs au domaine skiable de la Plagne, immense et trÚs varié, qui permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur sur les skis. Gestion par une conciergerie située à Landry, village situé dans la vallée, sur la route d'accÚs à la station, facilitant la remise des clés à l'arrivée puis au départ.

Good apartment

The apartment sleeps 6 people but we only had 3. The living area and kitchen are quite small and the kitchen has an odd layout with no cutlery drawer, no toaster. There is a dishwasher. It is acceptable for a ski apartment but it doesn’t feel cosy and there are too many rooms. We were not told about the requirement to leave the key inside the apartment which wasted us an hours skiing on our final day.

Appartement superbe trÚs bonne communication avec la proprio les couches relait direct avec la plagne ski au pied des que sortez de l app super Dommage que le centre de coches soit a 10 minutes a pied et le retour grosse cÎté mais cela n a pas été un frein compte tenu de la beauté du site merci a l agence immo et proprio

Bons souvenirs en famille

RĂ©sidence bien situĂ©e, mĂȘme si le dĂ©part est compliquĂ© par le manque de neige mais le retour des pistes Ă©tait parfait. Équipement parfait. La seule chose a revoir, c'est la moquette dans les chambres, ça a provoquĂ© des allergies oublieesdepiis de annĂ©es., il faudrait le signaler au dĂ©part ou les changer par autre chose. Le wifi est vraiment nĂ©cessaire pour l'avenir plus que la TV pur la nouvelle gĂ©nĂ©ration ! Bon sĂ©jour dans l'ensemble. MERCI
