About this property

Waterfront pool home with direct access to the Gulf, beaches and restaurants.

Private residence with large heated pool. We heat the pool to 90 degrees to make it extra comfortable for all. Home includes master suite with 2 guest bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den, spacious living/dining area complete with bar, large kitchen and laundry room. The dock can accommodate up to a 50 foot vessel with direct access to the gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beautiful sunsets poolside from the west facing lanai area. We love watching the boats go by in the canal and often see dolphins and manatees daily! Amenities include gas grill, Traeger Smoker, 6 bicycles, kayaks for up to 4 people, attached garage, lounge chairs, beach/pool towels, cooler, and radio.

Fantastic Stay

Dan’s house was so much more than pictured. There was loads of space, the pool was amazing, and the sunsets were breath taking. Our kids never wanted to leave the pool except for when we saw dolphins in the canal and they would run out to watch. Dan was super responsive and gave us great restaurant suggestions. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Cape Coral - lovely home

The property owner was a joy to coordinate with. Quick responses. The house had a large pool and seemed nicely secluded but n a beautiful canal. Beds were comfortable and the family had a great vacation.

Great Stay

Dan’s house was very nice! Super comfortable and clean! Dan himself was wonderful! The pool was the very best of any place we have rented. Kept at 90 degrees. Spent hours in it! Our Grandkids has so much fun! If we decide to return to the area next year will definitely book this house! Nice neighborhood. Great location.

Great house , absolutely crazy clean

The pictures of this house don't do it justice. We enjoyed our few days here watching the boats go past . The pool was beautiful and warm as promised. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and other kitchen necessities, that we sometimes don't find in rentals and there were even a couple of beers in the beer fridge when we arrived , so we made sure we did the same. Dan, the owner was very quick to get back to us when we had any questions, thank you .

Great waterfront home with pool on the west side

Good location, easy access, the few pictures of the house on the web site doesn't do it justice. Very nice inside with more than what you need for your get away. Would recommend this property be looked at for your Cape experience.

Nearby many beaches, fun places to eat and drink, access to the Gulf of Mexico and barrier Islands, this place is a wonderful place in a convenient location.
