Our host was amazing. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for our family. There was so much space. The pool and dock area was great and the weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time out there.

For over 15 years a group of us come to Fort Meyers to play in the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament. Every year we rent a house for a week. Every year we seem to have a problem with the house we rent. A lot of times it’s small things, but other times it major things, pool heater not working, bugs, TV,s not working, spa not coming on etc. This year 6 of us age 67 to 70 years old rented the house. The house was very clean, the pool and spa heaters worked great. Large patio area with a working TV. Nice spacious area with dinning table to be able to eat out side under over hang. Large deck with tiki hut on the canal. Nice area to sit out in the morning and enjoy the great view. The house was just as advertised ! We were all very happy with the house and our host.

Family vacation

We spent a wonderful week at Cape cove. There was plenty of space in the very clean home. The young adults enjoyed a friendly game of ping pong after relaxing in the pool. Others enjoyed fishing while we sat under the tiki hut watching. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Het was een fantastische vakantie . Aan het huis waren wel wat gebreken, het water van het zwembad was groen en troebel , is wel opgelost daarna . Binnen was het proper maar buitenterras was vuil .Geen wasrekje om badpakken en handdoeken te drogen .Keukenmaterialen waren weinig aanwezig , te weinig stoelen voor binnen en de buitenstoelen waren verroest , ook de binnentafel kapot .Voor de prijs dat ik betaald heb hadden deze gebreken opgelost moeten worden .Niet tevreden over deze accommodatie .

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and in a great area. There were great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the beautiful Florida sunshine on the deck and in the pool.

Great Stay

The house had everything our group of 11 needed. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 families. The outside space was awesome from the pool and hot tub to the outdoor seating and TV to the dock area by the canal. We even had a manatee swim right up next our dock. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Place!

Cape Cove was a great place for our group of 10. We enjoyed our trip from the midwest winter. The back patio with pool and hot tub, along with the large deck by the water with the tiki bar was a fantastic hang out spot. Rachel was very easy to work with.

Fun family getaway

Our party of 9 enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and offers many amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with tableware and cooking necessities. There were many extra touches throughout the home like games, a coffee bar, a grill, and pool towels. Our favorite part was the huge outdoor space. We ate every meal outside at the big table, played ping pong, and swam. The deck overlooking the water was the best- plenty of seating so we could just relax. Our teens fished every day and caught 5 different varieties of fish. We even saw manatees swim by! The house is so well equipped that we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Great Property and Location

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. It had lots of beds for the 5 adults and 4 children. The pool was enjoyed by the kids from morning until night every day and the hot tub was much appreciated by the adults, especially during the two cold days. We enjoyed being able to easily find our beach destinations such as Sanibel Island and Lovers Beach. The Well equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare and eat many meals at the house. We spent hours on the deck along the canal, watching wildlife and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to enjoy Cape Coral

Wonderful Home for Our Family Thanksgiving

This is a wonderful home with plenty of room for our entire family. The location is beautiful and close to many excellent restaurants. There were a couple of issues with the home when we first arrived but the host responded right away and resolved the issues by the next day.

Fantastic house in a great neighborhood. It was fun for all!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and our group included four parents and three teenage boys. The house suited all of us perfectly - plenty of space for us to escape each other as well as to hang out together. The boys loved the pool and ping pong. The chairs down by the water were a wonderful place to watch the sunrise. The neighborhood is lovely with several restaurants nearby and generally easy to get places. Neighborhood is quiet and very attractive. It was fun to watch boats go by along the canal. There was a slight problem accessing the house when we arrived which was fixed with a quick phone call, but ideally that wouldn't happen. Host was extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

Perfection

We recently stayed at this incredible vacation home in Cape Coral, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly flexible and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was as special as possible. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our family of six, with plenty of space, all the amenities we could ask for, and a beautiful setting that made it feel like a true getaway. Wonderful Week

We came to Florida to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. This property was a wonderful place to enjoy time with our family. Everything is situated to ensure a smooth flow throughout the house. The dock is very nice and large and includes a tiki hut. We have stayed on the canal several times but this was the first time we were able to see dolphins swim up to the dock. It was also the week of July 4th and Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed to celebrate.

Perfect Cape Coral Vacation!

Perfect home for our group of 10! The deck and tiki were perfect for hanging out, reading, playing cards, etc. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We rented a boat for the week and it was about a 15-20 min slow cruise out to the big water-we loved being able to boat to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and some local restaurants. Would highly recommend this home!

Amazing Property

We were the first guests at this amazing Cape Coral property! The location is great, on the water with a relatively short boat ride out of the canal and a short bike to the Westin and its shops. We caught loads of mangrove snapper off the enormous dock and enjoyed drinks under the tiki hut. We had a few issues with the pool heater, but the owner addressed it promptly and the kids were able to enjoy the heated pool and spa while watching football on outdoor TV. Also loved the ping pong table. Great place, highly recommend!

As a couple of midwesterners, we always dreamed of life near the beach! Cape Cove was actually our first family home when we moved to Florida and the place we brought our babies home to! We fully remodeled and love seeing other families enjoy the home and make memories in the pool!

The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Tucked away on a quiet street, it seems simple and almost “boring” - but once you hit the water an entirely new world develops as you cruise the canals and head to open waters. We love grabbing a pizza from Fathoms and cruising the canals, or heading to Cayo Costa for a beach day with friends. The options are unlimited! We love Tarpon Point as a close-to-home stop, and spend many mornings walking through the Rotary Park preserve. It is a special place for ocean and nature lovers with all the comforts of home!

We feel so blessed to offer a space that can accommodate multiple families with 6 bedrooms and something for everyone. The family area and pool deck are so ideal for enjoying time together. Many beautiful homes exist in Cape Coral, but very few with this great of gulf access and dolphin spotting from your very own tiki hut. Come see for yourself!
