Very nice house of 300m2 on a wooded plot of 6800m2 in a quiet area without being isolated and in a preserved and prized environment.
The house has a large bright living room (75m2) with dining area, lounge and bar, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV lounge and fireplace, a laundry room, four bedrooms each with their bathroom and wc. One bedroom is on the ground floor with a view of the garden and the swimming pool and the other 3 (accessible by an external staircase) overlook the large terrace upstairs with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and the mountains of the 'Atlas in the distance.
The beds are large and comfortable (3 beds are 180x200cm and 1 is 160x200cm).
Possibility of an extra single bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms and a baby bed.
All rooms are bright with bay windows.
Large swimming pool of 18 X 3.50m which allows you to do your laps.
After your bath, you can rest on the benches of the pool house or on deckchairs on one of the terraces.
And for meals you can enjoy the barbecue and the outdoor dining area in the shade.
Our housekeeper will spend 2 hours every morning to ensure the maintenance of the house (floors, windows, dust, beds).
On request, she can also prepare very good Moroccan dinners (at an additional cost): tajines, couscous, pastillas, keftas, etc.
The pool or garden will be maintained by Brahim our caretaker who lives in his house at the entrance of the property. Brahim is very discreet and kind. He will always be ready to help you if needed.
You can make beautiful hikes on foot or by camel from the house, go play on the beautiful Mogador golf course 10 minutes from the house (an 18 hole and a 13 hole magnificent), enjoy the beautiful surrounding beaches , surf, ride a horse, quad or go for a stroll in Essaouira, a city of artists full of charm with its authentic medina, its colorful harbor and its friendly inhabitants. Many good restaurants are waiting for you to have a good time. And if after all that, you want a massage to relax, we can bring you a masseuse at home.

You have direct flights to Essaouira from Orly (Transavia) from Lyon, Bordeau, Charleroi, Dusseldorf, London depending on the season.
Otherwise you have many flights to Marrakech or Agadir at 2H30 drive from the house.
