Our early 1900s farmhouse retains the charm of a country home but has been updated with all the modern amenities. The 2 story home sits on 5 acres in Ozark, MO between Springfield & Branson. We provide farm-fresh eggs and a homemade treat. You'll feel like you're in the country but you're just mins from shops, restaurants, Finley Farms, Two Rivers, BassPro, Wonders of Wildlife, and Branson attractions. This is a great place for a family vacation, small retreat, or girls' weekend.

The Farmhouse is comfortable and uncomplicated. We've done our best to provide all the basic necessities and cozy accommodations to make your stay easy. It's great to rock in a chair on the front porch, watch the cows and relax.

Five minutes away are shops, groceries and restaurants. Go antique shopping in Ozark, visit BassPro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife in Springfield, or head to Branson for shopping and entertainment. We're just down the way from Finley Farms and Cassidy Station. If you're attending a wedding at Venue on Brick or the Greenhouse at Two Rivers this is a perfect location.

The master bedroom and bath are on the first floor, along with a half bath off the kitchen. The remaining three bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. The home has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.

We are always updating the property, doing our best to keep the charm of the old farmhouse while providing clean, modern amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The hosts are responsive and thoughtful, leaving fresh muffins and flowers on our arrival! The house is comfortable and clean. Beautiful home full of charm, well kept, well stocked, and very clean. This place served as the perfect home base for our family vacation to Missouri. Close enough to both Springfield and Branson to take in all the sites. Our kids loved playing in the yard and feeding the cows treats. Jared and Nici are wonderful hosts and thought of many extras for a rental home. We would stay here again if we visit the area.

The hosts were great. They provided nice welcoming touches. The house was amazing! It has great character and the kids loved the cattle. They thought of lots of nice touches, including treats to feed the cattle.

December 2024 Family Visit to Missouri

This is a lovely property. It is a charming, updated farmhouse in between Springfield and Branson. We enjoyed visiting with family here and it fit the bill. The kitchen is great, having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful, plenty of space to spread out and for the kids to run around outside up the hill to the side of the property. We would happily stay again!

Absolutely amazing experience

The place was so easy to get to. Close to a lot of things but the luxury of out of town. The place had so much character and the fact we had farm fresh eggs waiting for us when we got there was such a cute little touch! We will be definitely going back!

Great family farmhouse

We stayed in this sweet farmhouse while visiting Springfield for my nephew’s high school graduation. It had everything we needed for two families of 4. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items for our foodie chefs as well. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

We live on a hobby farm on the Finley River in Ozark, MO. The Huckleberry Flinn Farmhouse, built in 1910, is where we welcome guests visiting The Ozarks and occasionally keep a few animals. When we're not working, schooling, or farming we're traveling with our three kids.

Why they chose this property

Living in Ozark is a wonderful blessing. We have hills for hiking and mountain biking, rivers and lakes for water sports, four (or more) seasons, and the most kind, hardworking people. We love being centrally located to local and regional attractions. Our farmhouse feels like it's in the country but we're just 5 minutes from a major highway, shopping and restaurants.

Our home is situated on 5 quiet acres and fees like you're out in the country, but everything you could need is just a few minutes away.
