The Delmar, a gem in the heart of the Queen City. Your friends will love playing piano at this 6 bed 3 bath home while you are getting ready for all that Springfield has to offer. Bambino’s #1 Italian restaurant is a block away. One more block and you are at Phelps Grove Park. Can’t be any closer to all the arts and entertainment as nearly everything is within 2 miles…even Bass Pro!!! We would love to host all of your explorations and the memories that are made with great friends and loved ones!

Our stay was great. Very close to MSU campus. We had a parking pass for our event that was only 2 blocks closer, so we were able to just walk to the event on campus. The home is an older home much like the rest of the neighborhood, but it has been remodeled and decorated very nicely and stands out above the rest. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and amenities.

Perfect Stay

Loved the house. Clean, close to MSU, lots of bedrooms and a nice place for everyone to sit and visit. Would definitely be a place I would want to visit again if and when I am back at MSU.

Delightful Gem is Great Location

We absolutely loved this beautiful home near MSU and downtown Springfield and walkable to Phelps Grove Park, the Springfield Art Museum, Mexican Villa, etc. It was a perfect home base for our multigeneration family of 5, with comfortable central gathering space and private rooms for us all. It was also perfect for having friends and family visit over the time we were in Springfield. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Bowling trip

This was our 3rd year in Springfield for the greater ozark open. This property was absolutely perfect. All new remolded outside. Great updates inside. I will 100% be recommending this place to all my friends who travel to this event

Gem of a house

This house was perfect for us! Outside was plenty spacious for all our cars to park and big enough for games of bags and washers behind the house. We were there for graduation weekend. It was close enough to walk to graduation. The house inside is so charming and newly updated. Bright big windows. All modern appliances, plenty of towels, and other amenities.

Work trip meets comfort!

The house was perfect for our group that landed in Springfield for a week for work. It was clean, comfortable, and allowed us to feel a bit of home away from home. Corresponding with the host couldn’t have been any more easier. When it was decided that we would need to stay an extra day, she was quick and responsive to our request making it happen. We will definitely try to stay here again should the need arise.

Casa Del Mar was one of the very first homes built in Phelps Grove Neighborhood in 1906. My husband and I purchased this run-down property in 2022 and did a complete renovation while striving to maintain the original structure and beauty of this historic home. I hope you enjoy our urban blend of artistry and antiques.

Please Use Coasters and Cutting Boards Provided…almost everything is 100 years old or more.
