coin maison à Manilva Beach II Urbanisation, Chalet donc a un grand jardin environnant. Entièrement équipé pour des vacances parfaites. Pas de fioritures, mais bénéficiant d'un cadre naturel et presque inexistante dans la côte de Malaga. jardin de vente et vous êtes sur la plage ... habituellement calme, sauf, bien sûr, en Août. Cependant, il ya deux bars dans les environs du site et services contre paiement peut également être apprécié. (Restaurant, café, piscine, wi-fi ...)
Les quatre chambres sont sur le dessus, avec deux salles de bains, une salle de bains. En bas, service, cuisine, salon, véranda, terrasse et jardin. Vous ne trouverez rien de semblable dans toute la côte. De cette année Wi-fi gratuit dans la maison.

Perfect location

Fantastic location with the beach on the doorstep. We loved accessing everything on foot and the property was clean and spacious. Perfect for our holiday!

Fantastic Villa in great location

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay, great outdoor space and couldn't be closer to the beach. The property is just as described with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of great bars and restaurants in the local area at reasonable prices. Great communication, easy to check in out out and even provided restaurant tips and ideas for days out. Hope o be back again.

Incredible location

Super confotable house, near the beach, supermarket,restaurants and bars. The beach is pleasant and not dangerous to swim in the sea. Carmen was very welcoming and the house was very clean. We had an amazing stay ! Muchas gracias.

Nice family home

Nice and cozy family home. We had a stay with our kids (1 and 4 years old). It's a good place to relax at the beach, to visit places from (by car) and relax in the garden. Typical Spanish house.

Idyllic

Very enjoyable stay

We had great time. The house is very privately located at the edge of gated community with a direct access to beach and beach views, quite rare in this area. Efficient and quiet air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed meeting the owners who are very friendly couple. Highly recommend to stay

Lovely place to visit

We stayed in the villa one month with two children October 2015. The couple that rented the house was really helpful and nice. The villa is great if you travel with children, backyard is really big and the beach starts just behind the house. Villa is very well equipted. Supermarkets and some restaurants are small distance away so car is not required but it of course gives more changes to travel near by. I can warmly recommend the villa to all travellers

Very complete holiday home at a perfect location

We have stayed for 2 months in nov/dec with our 3 young children (3,1 and 1), and it was absolutely fantastic. Jesus and Carmen are the best hosts, waited for us to check-in until midnight when we had a delay on the road, and even arranged groceries and toys for the kids. The house has everything you may possibly need for a stay with children: high chairs, baby beds, toys, and a large garden to play in. All beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of closet space and every single kitchen appliance you may need. The location is perfect, very quiet and directly at the beach, but with shops, restaurants and a playground within walking distance. We couldn't recommend it more!

Comfortable Accomodations

Very comfortable stay at condo. Manager very sweet. My suggestion would be to have written down running of all appliances and security alarm. It was alot to remember when handing over keys, especially for someone like us visiting from USA and language challenges. Beautiful ocean views from every room. Great location for day trips Andalusia and Gibraltar. Would recommend to stay and would love to return.

Excellent place, next to the beach and quiet.

We stayed one week, four people with small children and the place was excellent. It exceeded our expectations! There is everything you need in this house: four sleeping rooms with two bathrooms on the floor, big fully equipped kitchen and nice living and dining rooms on the base floor. But the best is terrace and lawn next to it with safespace for children to play and also lots of toys. Very close is the pool, restaurants. Supermarkets are also in walking distance (15 min walk). Owners are very kind and helpful. Fully recommended place!

Our hosts Carmen and Jesus were friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious, with comfortable furniture, all amenities, and spotlessly clean. The lay-out is perfect to secure privacy for up to three couples on holiday together. It has complete privacy, which you can enjoy from the veranda and the little back garden. It is literally on the beach - you cross a small stream (with turtles in it), and you are there. The beach is a little stony, but with a pair of bathing shoes, that is perfect as well, and the sea is nice and warm, even in October. A nice selection of quality restaurants, and the possibility of a nice run or stroll along the beach, for example into the little Duchesa port. I am certain we shall go back there.

All about the great location

The location of this villa is exceptional…right on the beach and a pleasant stroll to the wonderful marina at Duquesa. Property was spacious and excellent value for money given the location. Lots of food options and bars in the port and on the front in Sabinillas. El Gaucho in the marina was excellent and the seafood at the Manilva Beach Chiringuito was outstanding and only a few minutes walk from the property. One small negative was both of the beachfront pools were unavailable throughout our stay which made the other pool very busy so we weren’t really able to get to use it. Obviously not the host’s faults but frustrating all the same. Host comms were excellent and friendly. Would happily return. Thanks!

Tolle Lage, Tolles Haus

Pro- Haus super Aufteilung und Lage- Terrasse und Außenbereich einmalig- Vermieter sehr kommunikativ, lösen "Probleme" sehr schnell- Am Strand hatten wir viel Platz um uns herum- Kleinsupermarkt 2 Min., größerer in 5-10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.Con- Küchen(helfer)ausstattung eher spartanisch (z.B. nur ein scharfes Küchenmesser)- der Holzsteg um das Haus herum sollte mal gegen Steinplatten oder WPC-dielen getauscht werden. Da überall die Löcher drin sind ist er nicht zu begehen. Zudem wurde er vor unserer Ankunft leider zu sehr geölt, somit immer schwarze Pampe am Schuh oder Fuß haften geblieben.- Zentrale Klimaanlage nicht gut in den Zimmern abgestimmt. Die kleinen Zimmer zu kalt, das große zu warm.Im Endeffekt überwiegen die positiven Aspekte, deshalb ist das Haus in Summe ein tolles Urlaubsobjekt.

Super Lage!

Nach einer netten Einweisung von Gastgeberin Carmen, hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Super Lage in erster Reihe am Meer. Schöne Strandspaziergänge direkt vom Haus weg. Gemütliche Terrasse und Garten. Restaurants in Wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Ausblicke.

Wonderful stay

Tolles Ferienhaus in direkter und ruhiger Strandlage

Das Haus liegt am Rand einer Ferienreihenhaussiedlung, nur von einer Promenade vom weitläufigen Strand getrennt. Es ist wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie benötigt. Die Küche beinhaltet neben ausreichend Geschirr ein großzügiges Set an Töpfen und Pfannen für alle, die sich selbst verpflegen möchten. Die gesamte Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist geschmackvoll, im Wohn-/Essbereich maritim. Für unser kleines Enkelkind stellten die Vermieter ein Babybett zur Verfügung. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles gezeigt, die Verständigung klappt wunderbar auf Englisch. Auch im Vorfeld haben sich Carmen und Jesús viel Zeit genommen und unsere Fragen und Anliegen geduldig beantwortet. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen. Muchas graçias!

Being on a large and open corner plot makes this a lovely spot to catch the sun next to the beach. Very attractive and well-laid out interior with very comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms. Easy reach of supermarket but away from the crowds.

Rigtig dejlig ferie bolig. Skøn beliggenhed, super godt indrettet og alt i udstyr.

Vi har haft den dejligste ferie med hele familien i dette skønne hus. 5 voksne og 3 børn der er masser af plads både inde og ude med græsplæne omkring huset. Skøn terrasse på 1. sal hvor man kan se langt ad strandpromenaden til begge sider. Den skønne indretning på terrassen nede med afslapning i stor hjørnesofa, og stort spisebord og låge lige til stranden. Det er hyggeligt med liv ved promenaden, men man er alligevel i "fred" i haven. Skøn lille havneby 1 km væk i gåafstand, og der er lille supermarked i denne by. Der er ferieliv i havnen om aftenen, og mange dejlige spisesteder. Vi har været fuldt ud tilfredse med vores ferie i denne villa, og vi vil helt sikkert komme igen. I øvrigt en meget venlig udlejer der modtager dig når du ankommer og giver en super info om huset.
