The Space:
We are family friendly hosts. The space is perfect for 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, including infants.
Built by a merchant marine captain using wood salvaged from the real Queen Mary luxury ocean liner! This beautiful oceanfront beach bungalow merges architectural beauty with historic nautical artifacts and modern amenities/design. Total space is roughly 1,450 square feet. Newly renovated in 2018. This beach house is something you don t want to miss out on!!The house has everything one could ever want - perfectly clean, a magnificent deck, beautifully furnished, and an amazing ocean view.

What a fantastic stay! The beach house was everything we hoped for and more; clean, well-equipped, and the beach access made it extra special. The kids had an absolute blast and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We did run into an issue during our stay, but what really stood out was how the host handled it; he came out and resolved it the same day without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness is rare and made a huge difference. It actually says a lot about how much they care about their guests’ experience.Highly recommend this place to any family looking for a memorable beach vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

You can't ask for a better location. Steps to the beach, close to anything you would need, but so peaceful. We had a family member who struggles with stairs. This gem allowed her to enjoy the beach whenever she wanted. George was so easy to work with. We loved our stay!

This was our second stay at George's property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. George is a wonderful host and is great about relaying information you need and answering any questions you have in a timely manner. The home is very comfortable and cute--it's decorated in a beachy theme without being tacky. Everything provided with the rental was plentiful and we had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The beach is lovely and wide here and the renters of other units in the area have been pleasant and friendly as well as respectful of our privacy on both of our stays which means a lot when you just want a relaxing vacation. The lanai in back gives you a view of the beach but also seems very private due to the thoughtful layout of the furniture and a strategically placed louvered door between the lanai and the walkway leading from other homes to the beach. We love staying here and can't wait to come back again!

Convenient and Enjoyable Beach house

A perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just a few steps away from the beach to swim or go for a walk, and has an outdoor seating area where you can relax and watch the sunset. The house is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the owner was great with communication. Enjoyed our time there with friends and the convenience to restaurants and things to do.

This is the perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just steps away from the beach and has an outdoor seating area you can watch the sunset from. Great spot!

We had such a nice time at Belleair Beach. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The beach was literally steps away and there are delicious restaurants a short drive away. We would love to come back!
