Enjoy the stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun 1101B at Seascape Resort from this 11th-floor, newly renovated, beach vacation rental condo overlooking the pool area during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. Located directly across from the beach. This vacation rental offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! The photos will never do it justice. The large patio is the perfect spot to watch the dolphins play in the morning or experience a gorgeous sunset in the evening.

This vacation rental condo has just undergone a complete remodel and everything is brand new! Including, the kitchens stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, quartz counters, flooring, furniture, and large HDTV's. Enjoy Gulf views from the dining area and breakfast bar that seats 12 comfortably. The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony. The second bedroom is a king suite with its own private bath and walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed and a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed and attached bath. The living room also offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This condo conveniently offers HDTV's in all rooms and a laundry room. With more than enough room for 10 guests, this condo is perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends.

With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Stunning View Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Majestic Sun! The condo was even better than described with plenty of room for our party of ten to spread out. It was stocked with all the amenities we could want with the beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, and toys a plus. The king bed and triple bunk beds were a perfect bedroom arrangement, and we found the condo to be very clean, newly renovated, and well maintained. The views were stunning and the beach was right outside our door. The pool was just steps from the beach which made it nice for the kids to go back and forth. We also enjoyed the beach bar right in front of the condo, and we easily walked to other restaurants along the beach. The elevator rides were quick even from the 11th floor and, the condos central location made it a very short golf cart ride to attractions in either direction. The Glass Casa staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and we will absolutely stay here again when visiting Miramar Beach. Wonderful visit...beautiful memories!

Gorgeous Beach Views!

Just a perfect week on vacation!

Miramar Beach and Scenic Gulf 98 , viewed from 11th Floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1101 B has been our winter home for the past 2 years for approximately 3 1/2 months each year. If I recall, it had been remodeled 3-4 years ago. The view is beautiful and you can access the balcony & the Master Bedroom. Sunsets are breathtaking!! We liked the walk-in showers in 2 of the bathrooms, with a tub/shower combo in the 3rd Bathroom.We enjoy having family & friends visit this unit hold 10 guests. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, glasses, and slow cooker, griddle, Kerrigan, and is easy to work in and it has a nice size pantry. The decorating and color scheme throughout the unit is beachy and very relaxing. You’ll enjoy the large capacity washer & dryer. If you want to go swimming, there is a heated indoor pool, an outdoor cold pool, along with 2 hot tubs. There is a workout room, which is located outside of the pool area. There are some restaurants within walking distance. ENJOY!!!
