Perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The condo was clean and everything we needed for our large group. We loved the beach view. Close to restaurants and entertainment.

Loved it here. We had a few hiccups and they were fixed right away. The house was very clean!!

If you’re with a large group this house is perfect for you. The view is amazing. You definitely will love your stay here!

Penthouse Paradise

We stayed with our family of 11 for Thanksgiving week at the Penthouse in Paradise. It was Paradise. The accommodations met our family's needs. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing. The pool for our grandkids was a hit as well. Hannah was our point of contact and very responsive to every question/email. We highly recommend adding this spot to your vacation list.

AMAZING and STUNNING

We have stayed at Majestic sun 4 times, this was our first time booking the penthouse but it was perfect for our large family and as always we a LOVE the VIEW.

Great Getaway!

We had such a great time staying in this very spacious and picturesque property. The size of the kitchen and living room were perfect for accommodating two large families (12 of us total) and there were plenty of beds and baths for everyone. The proximity to the beach was also a big bonus. We are grateful to have found this property and hope to use it again in the future.

Absolute Paradise

My husband and I rented this penthouse for 8 nights and invited our three adult children to (19, 22 & 24) join us; each brought a friend. This penthouse was absolutely perfect in every way. It was plenty large enough; everyone had their own space and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The table was perfect for dinners and board games. Not one complaint and hope to go back.

Great location!

The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. My biggest complaint was that all of the bathrooms were in need of some repair. The showers in both upstairs bathrooms need work and the bathroom downstairs the door lock doesnt work and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The bunk bed room smelled like body odor the entire time we stayed. i felt sorry for my daughter who had to sleep in there.

Fabulous Views and Comfortable Stay

This property was perfect for 6 teens and 4 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out which worked well during a not so great weather week. The view was fabulous and the amenities inside the condo worked well for our large group. It was a short drive from some fabulous restaurants -- try Fat Clemenza's -- the grocery, gas and Baytowne Wharf. As far as the actual property, the pool is small for this sized property. The elevators are quick, parking is hit/miss based on when you come in and the only negative is the water to spray the sand off is inside the pool area. When the pool closes because of a storm or closes for the night at 10p and you're walking the beach after 10 or running in quick from a pop up storm, there's no spot to rinse your feet before getting into the condo. It would be nice if there was something outside the pool gate to do that but not a negative on the condo itself, only the property. Enjoyed our time, the beaches and made lots of memories!

Better than described

This place was incredible. I would say that the condo looks even better in person! We were so happy with this setup for our family. The perfect views of the beach, perfect accommodations, great location for things in the area. Can’t say enough about this property. Plenty of room for everybody. Highly recommended!

Perfect Family Getaway

2022 vacation

Location perfect, penthouse perfect, beach perfect. Something that can’t be changed is the size of pools. They were nice, but so many people left little room to enjoy any real swimming and playing around.

FOREVER VACATION RENTALS
Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 15 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with The Beach Group Properties. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, and Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (15 y/o) and Jax (5 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat (Mariposa) and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee). We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and of course, Sunday football.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and just be uplifted, give her a call!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hardworking we are!
