Hamilton House is a spectacular tropical oasis in Miami, close to MIA Airport, Cruise Port, South Beach, Everglades, Florida Keys and all the hot spots. This huge spacious home has electric front gates for security & privacy and features 6 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. All of the rooms have King size beds.

Hamilton House located in the center of Miami is a truly beautiful home, situated on a secluded corner lot. It has a heated swimming pool with a relaxing waterfall and the pool has a salt water system, which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals.

The outside area has a game room with billiards and domino table and a huge Tiki with a 70" flat screen TV. There is also an outside kitchen with a Brazilian BBQ (charcoals) & Smoker grill.

The outside lighting is set automatically from dusk to dawn, with the relaxing sounds of the pool waterfall and fish pond, the lush trees and completely private setting, all come together to make this area a true oasis.

Upon arrival at the house, when you close the electric security gates at the front of the property, you have the feeling of being away from it all, while being in the middle of everything.

The house can accommodate large groups and big families, but we do not allow parties or loud music at the property.

As our guests, you have the use of this private home in a beautiful neighborhood, with lots of amenities, not having to share the space with anyone else.

The front door has a keyless entry code, so you never have to worry about losing keys , or sharing them with your other guest.

We are only 20 minutes to most of Miami's hot spots, South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Downtown Brickell, Everglades National Park. Snorkel, or go fishing in the Florida Keys, or enjoy golf at the nearby Palmetto Golf Course or newly opened Top Golf.

We are also 25 minutes from Miami Airport & the Cruise Port. Travel time to your destination will vary, depending on traffic.

The home is an open concept design, the kitchen, living room & dining area all integrated, overlooking the pool. There are 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all of the bedrooms have king size beds.

The large kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven & cooktop and a multi level island with seating. It is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses and cookware.

Bedroom # 1 - Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV, fireplace, fan and has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, separate toilet and double sinks.

Bedroom # 2 - King bed, TV and large closet.

Bedroom # 3 - King bed, TV and large closet.

Bedroom # 4 - King bed and 1 Bunk Bed (full over full) , TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom.

The living room also has a pull out sofa bed (Queen) with a tempurpedic mattress.

All towels, linens, bedding & pillows are provided.

The home has high speed Wifi and all TV's have streaming services.

There is a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board. A Pac n Play Crib with mattress, a high chair and a toddler toilet seat is provided.

The large driveway can accommodate all your vehicles.

Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside facing the driveway of the property for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property.
