Notre maison unique se trouve à quelques pas de la plage de surf principale de Sayulita. En plein cœur de la ville, entouré de délicieux restaurants, de boutiques, d’épiceries, de travaux artisanaux et de la vie nocturne. Situé à un pâté de maisons de la place, vous serez proche de tout et garanti confortable!

Une maison confortable et lumineuse au deuxième étage - très ouverte sur le patio extérieur et le jardin. Le balcon donne sur la rue principale. À distance de marche de tout en ville - beaucoup d'espace pour les planches de surf et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage principale. Nous offrons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec vue sur la rue principale.

Votre loft est entièrement équipé avec 2 nouveaux lits doubles, des draps de haute qualité, la climatisation et de l’eau chaude dans chacune des 2 salles de bain privées. Vous apprécierez les couleurs apaisantes et les brises fraîches de l'océan.

Way too small for 4 people to stay. Didn’t give 4 towels for the amount of guests in the building. The towel stunk (old) with stains. The bed was tiny for one person not 2 and also had stains and a foam over the mattress as it was so old.

My first time in Sayulita.

Our host was easy to talk to. This property is right in the middle of everything. Very conveniently located. The beach is literally a few minutes away. Great location and very clean.

Perfect apartment for us, can’t beat the location. Was very clean and we found it surprisingly quiet considering that it is in the middle of town. Would stay again for sure.

Relaxing, comfortable, easy location, clean

We loved this apartment. It is literally right in the middle of town but is somehow quiet, which I was worried about. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, but rooms were super cozy and insulted from the outside noise. Easy walk to beach, safe feeling, sun lit space, hot water, and very comfortable sleeping and couch set ups. Would stay again!

Beautiful Space, Right Downtown

We, 3 friends, absolutely loved this home. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. We stayed for 7 nights, and they even cleaned it mid-week. So close to the beach and tons of great restaurants. The beds were smaller than American queen size- more like full size- but comfortable. Appreciate that beach towels were included. We especially loved the private balcony. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Sayulita!

Perfect little hideaway

I have stayed at Casa Conchita multiple times over the past 5 years; however, they are only recently listed through VRBO. Its too bad you cannot see the reviews from previous visitors! This casita is a perfect spot to be in the mix of everything Sayulita has to offer while being close to the beach and having privacy--all at the same time. There isn't a better location, and the owners and managers are incredibly helpful and responsive. Don't pass this one up!

Wonderful Beach town

My friend and I were so comfortable here. It has a great location and there were so many different smoothie/coffee/food/street taco places to try during our stay. Our favorite was the cafe right down stairs. The AC was an absolute life saver. I didn't realize it was going to be so humid in October. It was a little tricky getting our longboards up and down the stairs but it was doable. It was very convenient to walk to the beach with our boards for surfing. It was a little noisy at night, which we expected given it's location. We really enjoyed the patio as well.

Cute condo, convenient location

This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further away from the center of town. It was a cute place, but we did not sleep well. Would not stay here again.

Great location to the beach , but be prepared for the noise.

The place was very clean. It was located in the heart of all the action of downtown Sayulita It was so noisy at night. But the location to the beach was great. There was a rager on Friday night that went till 6 AM with loud techno music next-door. We slept with the earplugs and for the most part that was OK. But we had to keep the windows closed the whole time because it was so loud from the street. The Internet is nonexistent. Communication with the manager was nonexistent as well. No one returned our messages. If you’re young party people this might work for you.

This is a very conveniently located property close to everything you could need including the area beaches. It’s nicely laid out with two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. I feel like previous reviews really understated the noise issue. The noise is 24 hours. And it’s loud. Drums, car stereos, bars, and various other random whistles and shouting. We bailed out early on our stay and booked a more quiet location where we finally got some sleep. We stayed 3 nights at Casa Conchita and the entire time was a sleep deprivation experience. This place might work if you are into night life and then a very sound sleeper because even with ear plugs and white noise we just couldn’t make it work. experience.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Conchita. The location was fantastic as it is in the heart of Sayulita. The proximity to the beach was great. Parking is very difficult to find, but doable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the nightlife below. It was noisy, but it didn’t bother us. If you’re looking for quiet accommodations, this isn’t for you. There are two bathrooms, but only one shower seemed to have water consistently. The temperature and pressure of the water was difficult to control, so we had to take cold showers occasionally, and sometimes only in a trickle of water. Unfortunately, contacting the host wasn’t easy. I sent a message about the bathrooms and we never received a response. The beds could stand to be replaced. All in all, Casa Conchita was really great for the location and cleanliness. If you are ok with the issues listed above, I would highly recommend this property. It really is a gem of a property despite its shortcomings.

Sayulita 2024

First time in Sayulita, we had this trip planned for a while since I am a huge pre-planner. The host was always quick to respond and give recommendations. The place is just as pictured, some of the decore is a little different, but just like the pics for the most part. It's literally right in the middle of town. So many restaurants and bars around within walking distance, beach is a super close walk just like is mentioned in the listing. There are lots of reviews about it being noisy and it is for the most, but I am a light sleeper and I did not have any issues with the noise. I slept great. Linens are provided, towels for showering and beach are provided, there is drinkable water in the unit. My biggest thing and this has nothing to do with the unit is definitely exchange money before coming into tow. We unfortunately got in on a Sunday and the following Monday was a MX holiday so we had to exchange money in town and the rate wasn't the best. I would definitely stay here again, I actually am looking forward to planning a girls trip to come here.

The guesthouse is tucked away behind other street front businesses, which give our renters unprecedented privacy on the garden patio.
