Modern Mexican industrial design sets this condo apart from the rest. Views of five surf breaks from the patio; patio screens that pull down opening an outdoor room with fans even in the heat of the day, this condo is built for comfort with a few people.

Complete with luxury appliances - a Weber propane grill, a Breville espresso maker, and Vitamix blender - sets this condo apart for those with good taste in the kitchen.

For those who want to keep fit - dumbbells, yoga mats and foam rollers are all on hand.

El Anclote as a condo complex is second to none - with a very social gated community, with a pickle ball/ tennis court, pool, hot tub and super staff to help you find whatever you are looking for.

One block from the nearest grocery store and five star restaurants means you do not need a rental car to have a blast in Punta Mita.

great getaway

Everything is great about this place. Always wear your earplugs if you're trying to sleep, trucks roll by with music on loudspeaker at all times of the night and roosters crow at all times of day/night.

Great balcony view and location

The location is one block from the beach so you do see the main street between you and the beach. However since this condo is on the third and top floor you still did have a good view of the beach/ocean. The condo is in a gated condo complex of three different buildings of three floors each. Has a gated bridgeway that goes over the street. Loved sitting on the big balcony for meals or for just enjoying the views of the ocean—especially sunsets! There is an elevator. Hot tub wasn’t mentioned in amenities. Pool was fantastic. It does not have a microwave or a full oven (just toaster oven). I wish there had been a binder with some instructions about operating air conditioners etc. Master is great except no shades or curtains on the sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom needed some attention to furnishings. Only 1 bath towel per person:/ and we had to buy hand soap and ask for more tp. Some bulbs were burned out and one remote to air conditioner units was burned out. But truthfully don’t sweat the small stuff. It was a great place to stay.

Luxury with a view

Very up to date and comfortable. Can’t beat the view. We watched sunsets, whales and surfers from the spacious lanai. The place was absolutely spotless and well appointed. A real treat!!!

Punta de Mita condo

This was our first time in Punta Mita. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and perfect location. The condo was well stocked with every thing you need for a beach vacation. Beach was just ok. Restaurants were amazing and everyone was very friendly.

A True Gem

We absolutely loved our stay here at El Anclote. This particular condo unit is one of the best in the entire building. It undoubtably has the best views and being an end unit, it has a bit more privacy than others. One of our favorite aspects was sitting on the patio that overlooks the street below and watching all the happenings on the street. I prefer this to a pure ocean view as it provided lots of entertainment for our kids. The condo also included ample T.P., paper towels, snorkel equipment, a sun tent, boogieboards, and all the comforts of home. Lillian, the property manager, was fantastic and responded promptly to all of my questions. Just a heads up- she responds in native English and through WhatsApp, so make sure to download the app as soon as you book. The espresso machine was complex and required some youtubing. Overall we can't say enough about this condo unit and Punta de Mita. We will be back!

Close to Paradise

Loved everything. Apartment charmingly decorated and very comfortable. The best was waking up in the morning and seeing the Bay. Was very happy to just sit on the beautiful terrace and relax. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous Condo and Complex

This condo has a wonderful layout and is tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the cappuccino maker and BBQ. The spacious deck has shades for keeping you cool. I liked the split room AC. Communication with Lillian is top notch. Any question is answered immediately. The other owners at the complex are welcoming. I would recommend this condo. Thank you for good memories.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Heated pool was great. Restaurants all very close. Amazing view of the ocean and the Anlcote surf break. Property manager was very easy to reach if ever we had any questions. We will be back!

Had a fabulous time in Punta Mita. The views were FABULOUS!! We enjoyed are stay, and the unit was perfect. The restaurants were all very good. It was a very nice vacation all around. I would definitely recommend this unit. Nice area, views, cleanliness, and decorative. LOVED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE!!

Great property in an excellent location. The views are fantastic and everything you need is right out your door. The unit is nice and has been redone. There are no window treatments in the main bedroom which is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great view, great location.

Perfect location with a big patio over looking the ocean. The property manager Lillian is GREAT!, very quick to respond and helpful. We were in town for a wedding and needed an iron, she went to the store and bought one for us and delivered it to the condo. Life saver! Extremely friendly security guard. Totally recommend! Master bedroom has super comfy bed with amazing view, bring a sleeping mask, it gets bright in the morning.

Living Our Blessed Life

The condo was everything and more of the online listing. The decor, the spaciousness, the view and overall location could not have been better. It felt like home, immediately. Our host was extremely responsive and patient with us. We plan to visit Punta De Mita in the future and will contact this host to stay in this condo again and again!

Didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. We booked half of our trip here and half at a different condo and were so sad to leave this one!! The view is unbeatable. The sliding doors to the patio make it totally open air. The layout was great and the condo is updated and stylish. It was well stocked and there was everything you could need to make your trip comfortable. Lillian, the listing manager lives on site and was extremely friendly and communicative. The pool was great and not too cold! The property guards were very friendly and had lots of good suggestions for us. There was a little bit of noise from the street below, because it’s the main drag in punta de mita. There was one night where a party group was being fairly loud. Not the fault of the property, but something to note. Would not at all prevent us from staying here again.

This condo is in a lovely location that overlooks the town of Punta Mita and the harbor and Pacific Ocean. Every morning and evening you watch sailboats and fishing boats leave the quiet harbor as surfers wait for the waves!

We love Punta Mita for its local hospitality. We love El Anclote condos for its family-friendly staff and convenience. The pool is lovely when you're back from the beach.

The penthouse floor of El Anclote has the best views of the bay. Especially building 3 where this condo is located. We renovated the property with a local style.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The patio is covered and has see-through shades. The shades block the direct sunlight, while you can still see the ocean. Outdoor eating during the day or night is delightful as you people watch from the balcony or hunt for waves.
