Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Peter Epperson
We are a very outdoorsy family. We have debates as to whether we enjoy the winter or summer best at the Lake. Our four kids are getting older but all enjoy getting back together at the Lake House. This will be the second season that we rent.
Why they chose this property
This property has been in the family for almost 60 years. It's been renovated several times and we are constantly doing small upgrades. It is incredibly dear to us and we hope to find a renter that appreciates the property as much as we do. We have worked with the USDA and DNR to promote wildlife conservation on the property.
What makes this property unique
The quietness and solitude are priceless. It is very private. You will feel like you are a hundred miles from civilization but in reality, you are only 8 miles from Minocqua. Rarely will you ever see anyone on the 200-acre lake or in the 200 acres of private woodlands.
