deçu du logement photos pas recentent baie vitrée tres dur a ouvrir friteuse sale fenetre cuisine impossible a fermer lave vaisselle pas recent complique a faire marcher frigo ce degivre tout seul logement loué pour 3 chambres il y en a que 2 et un canapé lit dans le salon logement envahi par les fourmis....ne vaut pas le prix regle mais sejour dans le coin bien passe. le propriétaire aurais pu faire un geste sachant que son logement n'était plus comme sur les photos du debut je pense. propriétaire est en train de vendre donc ne veut pas faire de frais je pense

Bonjour L'appartement a été entièrement rénové par un professionnel en 2021 Sur l'annonce il est bien stipulé le canapé convertible Le frigo qui soit disant dégivre c'est son fonctionnement normal en période de chaleur cela évite une surconsommation Concernant les fourmis c'est extrêmement rare je suis venu voir et je n'ai rien vue mais je ne mets pas votre parole en doute si je confirme vos propos je vais faire le nécessaire Je suis toujours à l'écoute de mes locataires contrairement à vos dires Vous êtes les premiers locataires à faire des remarques négatives je vais en prendre note et faire le nécessaire si besoin pour de prochains locataires Pour ce qui est du prix je reste sur la station L'appartement le moins chère pour la période concernée avec ces prestations et son emplacement Je serai ravi de vous accueillir de nouveau en tenant compte de vos remarques N'hésitez pas à me joindre vous avez mes coordonnées pour en parler Cordialement
