Calm, sea and scrubland for 8 people
Located in the base of Saint-Pierre, the villa is 1 minute from the sea and 300 meters from the city center, its shops and the Marches.
It has two outdoor spaces: one sea side, the other directly overlooking the scrubland, the Clape massif.
With its 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with double lights and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and two stackable beds - the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for two couples and children! A sofa bed in the living room also makes it possible to receive friends occasionally. Upon request, free: baby cot.
No need to use your car anymore: once parked in front of the villa, you can do everything on foot (for your shopping: two small Spar supermarkets, one of which is 200 m from the house; the famous market of Saint-Pierre, the most largest of all the Mediterranean, 300 m…)
The villa, completely renovated in 2022, has all the comforts and an equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, robot Monsieur Cuisine multifunction +…

Le logement est agréable et propre, fidèle aux photos, bien équipé et adapté au retour de plage.Info pour ceux avec des enfants en bas âge, il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique entre le rdc et l'étage il vaut donc mieux être tous sur le même rythme. Idéalement situé pour l'accès à la mer, c'est très pratique avec des enfants. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant. Nous recommandons ce logement et y reviendrons très probablement.

Sehr schönes, kleines Reihenhaus. Um die Jahreszeit ist der Ort, herrlich, ruhig und kaum Leute da, aber es war noch wahnsinnig zum Baden.

Pause familiale réussie aux airs de vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent petit séjour à deux familles (4 enfants au total) à l’occasion du festival Les Natur’Ailes, situé à proximité. L’emplacement est idéal : proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du week-end.La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Nous avons tout trouvé sur place pour passer un séjour agréable.Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux : petite attention à notre arrivée, et message attentionné pendant notre séjour, ce qui est toujours très appréciable.Une adresse que nous validons sans hésitation et que nous recommandons vivement !

Petite maison très agréable

L'accueil a été plus qu'agréable. Le propriétaire très aimable a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer la maison. Celle-ci est très proche de la mer. Quelques minutes à pied suffisent pour y accéder. Vue la saison, les enfants ne se sont pas baignés mais ont pu profiter des belles plages de sable pour se défouler. Encore merci à Mr Schmitz pour sa disponibilité.

Bel endroit

Petit appartement mitoyen avec une petite cour devant et une plus grande derrière. Idealement situé, toutes commodités à proximité, ceci nous a permis de passer des vacances pedestres. Que ce soit pour les sorties du soir, ou la plage, tout est à moins de 5min. Le lieu est animé le soir, (concert, fête forraine, marché nocturne, petit train, avec ou sans ambiance suivant l'envie). Beaucoup de restaurants et confiseries feront le bonheur des plus gourmands. La fréquentation des plages est correct. Les alentours, sont de magnifiques lieux à découvrir. Pour en revenir à l'appartement, l'accueil était tres bon, le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupent de l'appartement en son absence, etaient tres à l'écoute. Quelques moustiques jonchent les lieux, comme tres souvent dans ces regions. Beaucoup de circulation devant l'appartement, à cause d'une deviation, mais aucune incidence sur l'interieur de l'appartement ou la cour derriere l'habitation. D'ailleurs la cour et les terrases sont ombragés, ce qui est énormément appréciable. Je recommande les lieux. A refaire.
