アルカション湾と大西洋の間の南に面した非常に静かな住宅開発とは対照的に、お店や自転車道の近くにあります。
リビングルーム、オープンキッチンのあるリビングルーム、3つのベッドルーム、隣接するシャワールームのある1つ、独立したバスルーム、独立したトイレ、中二階で構成されています。
リビングルームは、27°に加熱され（5月15日から9月15日まで）、ローラーシャッターで固定された4×8 mのスイミングプールの端にある大きな屋根付きテラスに面しています。 屋外のシャワーは、手入れの行き届いた庭で温められます。

Perfect Again

My wife and I stayed at this property last year for our 25th anniversary and we loved it so much we came right back the first chance we had. The home is spotless, well situated in a quiet neighborhood which perfectly accentuates the little eden that is the backyard. We whiled many hours away in the morning sitting by the pool, reading and enjoying the finest offerings from the local boulangerie. As an avid cyclist, I can't recommend the trails, paths and roads in the surrounding area high enough. This time around, I brought my gravel bike and rode every day for hours. Top it off with one of the best beaches I've ever been to and I'd have to say Lege Cap Ferret is about as good as it gets. Christophe and Jessica were professional, prompt and efficient. It felt like we were staying at our friends' house.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus von charmanten Gastgebern zur Verfügung gestellt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alle waren sehr freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.P.S. Die Plattformgebühren von Fewo finde ich persönlich eine Unverschämtheit. 10% vom Mietpreis finde ich eindeutig zu viel. Das hat aber mit diesem Haus nichts zu tun - ist generell so. Ärgert mich aber derart, dass ich es öffentlich ausdrücken möchte. Leider Alternativlos, da es auch der andere große Konkurrent AirBNB so macht. Da Oligopol Struktur muss man wohl damit leben.

Excellent séjour chez Jessica.

Nous avons logé une semaine dans ce magnifique havre de paix. Pas de nuisances sonores, un jardin exotique avec piscine et un cottage non seulement pratique, mais très plaisant. La météo n'était pas au top, mais grâce à la pompe de chaleur, nous avons malgré tout pu bien profiter de la piscine. Jessica, notre hôte a été attentive et très réactive à nos demandes d'infos. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen. Alles war perfekt: das Haus, der schöne Garten und der tolle Pool; vor allem aber auch mit Jessica und Christophe sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter!

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné pendant les 2 premières semaines de juillet dans cette ravissante villa. Tout était parfait pour passer un très agréable séjour : - l'accueil, l'attention et la réactivité de nos hôtes Jessica et Christophe, - une maison, un jardin et une décoration totalement dépaysante et reposante, - un emplacement idéal pour profiter de l'océan, du bassin et du centre bourg de Lège. Toute la famille a été enchantée : nous reviendrons !

The Foundation of a Perfect Vacation

Looking for a special place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, my wife and I were looking for a comfortable space that offered a real sense of "getting away." This home delivered on every level. Hand built by Christophe, our host, the home is a celebration of the pine forests that border the gorgeous beaches. The woodwork is spot on. It's open, unpretentious and the lawn and pool are cozy and private. While the neighborhood is a pretty straightforward "village" type area, the property feels like a "secret garden" once the driveway gate closes behind you. Every morning, we hit the surrounding trails for running or cycling and then returned for a leisurely breakfast poolside. The afternoon was dedicated to the beach and the consistent waves that welcomed us every day. We had every amenity we needed, Wifi service was rock solid. A selection of bikes got us back and forth to dinner and the boulangerie. Post surf, we made use of the sublime outdoor shower. The responsiveness of Christophe was superior. He set us up with a surf instructor, led us to the best restaurants in town and was an enthusiastic, joy to deal with on every interaction. This was a special trip for us but we enjoyed it so much, it will now be a regular part of our travel plans.

Très chouette villa !

Très agréable séjour. La maison est superbe, confortable, dans un lotissement calme. La piscine chauffée est bien entretenue. Des vélos sont à disposition. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon. Le tout avec un accueil très sympathique et des réponses très efficaces à chaque sollicitation.
