This is a very small private condo complex located 25 minutes south of Clearwater Beach and 15 minutes North of St Pete Beach. There are only 36 total units in the complex. Our condo features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, walk in closet, newly remodeled private bathroom, and a glassed in shower. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room is large and looks out onto the Gulf and is equipped with flatscreen Smart TV WIFI, high speed internet. The condo is bright and airy and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy days relaxing on your private recreation area below the unit while grilling steaks on the BBQ grill. Or relax on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and Gulf. As evening approaches, enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the spectacular sunsets. Noted for its sandy white beaches, Redington is one of Florida's most beautiful islands. Only minutes away are excellent restaurants and world-class shops, restaurants, and art galleries of St. Armands Circle. Sarasota's theater, cultural district and downtown are only a 10 minute drive. Within 30 minutes there are over 50 golf courses. The Sarasota International Airport is only 20 minutes away.
