Peaceful Beach Community 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom

D7 Villas on the Gulf is a nicely decorated 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located at 1650 Via de Luna Drive on Pensacola Beach. This comfortable condo includes 2 private bedrooms, both equipped with a TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom. It features a living area, dining area, half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The private balcony overlooks the lagoon where you can catch and release fish, and enjoy feeding the ducks and birds with provided food.

You are a short stroll away from the pearly white sand beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico when you stay at D7 Villas on the Gulf.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 29, 2027 until August 7, 2027, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

The property worked great for our family- short walk to the beach, nice balcony overlooking the pond. Covered deck next to the pond so my grandson could fish while it was raining. Only few miles to all the restaurants and mini golf. “The local” across the street was great coffee shop/ deli had all essential we needed. Would definitely recommend

Such a comfortable stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and comfortable. Check on and out was easy. The beach was close and the pool was great. I didn't like not having a door code. It would be nice if you provided beach towels. It seems that passing for 7 days would pay for supplies to last the 7 days. At least a few garbage bags, maybe 10 pods for dishwasher and 4 rolls of toilet paper.

I currently stay in Atlanta, but every year I come home to Pensacola for my birthday. This was hands down the best location to date. Nothing beats the location—the scenery, the vibes, the energy, and being back home around family and friends. Every year is special, but this one hit differently.

This place was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen equipment. Getting to the beach was a short walk. Only thing I would suggest is a couple of beach chairs and some beach towels. Other than that we will be looking to book this place again next year.

Exactly what we were looking for

Needed something reasonably priced, easy to get to beaches for morning walks and was a quick 5 minute drive to a beach house wedding we were in town for. Very clean, nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Sat on the balcony each morning, sipping coffee while a guy caught a few fish in the on-site pond. First time in Pensacola area and we had a great time. Will definitely visit again.

Nice family vacation

We stayed at Sunshine Daydream property. It was lovely! The condo is decorated super cute and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles in the lagoon and listening to the frogs at night. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to restarants and shopping. We plan to return next year.

Pleasant and Private

We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Gulf. The two bedrooms with three beds made a pleasant experience for our family with two young teens. The unit was clean and bright. A short two minute walk to the gulf.

Far from the noise!

Walk to the beach was not bad, the drive back to "town" was just far enough that you didn't feel right in the busy mess. Excellent weather topped off the trip, and the beach was outstanding. Staff was great and was available anytime. We'll be back!

We liked the place very clean. it was advertised with washer and dryer but did not have one, this is one reason we booked there. the pool was closed 2 of the 4 days we were there another reason why we booked there.
