Excellent location and easy acces to gulf and bay

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and was the perfect size for a family of four. Easy access to gulf and bay and close to Fort Pickens. Communication from property management was great; easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location!

Loved our stay in Pensacola. The location was perfect, a short walk across the street to the public beach access. The condo was very clean and comfortable for my family. We would definitely stay here again!

Love the location

Overlooking the bay from balcony and the ocean is a short walk the other direction. Lots of great restaurants close. The beaches are GREAT. Don’t miss the National Sea Shore park 5 minutes down the road!

Great Beach Fun

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Pensacola Beach! The condo was wonderful and had amazing views. The condo was stocked and very inviting. We look forward to our next stay in Pensacola Beach!

Pensacola Beach

This is my family's second time staying in this condo and it did not disappoint. The condo was fully stocked with household needs and very clean. The view is absolutely amazing of the bay. We will be coming back soon.

Pensacola beach at its best

Really enjoyed our stay! Our unit was excellent, the view is awesome! There was good security and well behaved guests. I guess my only thing was the fact that the boardwalk which runs through the interior of the complex was in disrepair and apparently has been that way for some time.

What a bargain!

Convenient location and parking, very nice condo! I would definitely return to this condo. The Baywatch property still has some repairs being performed, but nothing hindered our stay.

Great Condo

The condo was great! Location was awesome. It had everything needed to make a nice home away from home. They even sent a repair guy out at 8:30 at night one evening when it was needed! The beach access was just a short walk across the street and it was an AMAZING beach.

Single Mom with 2 teenage girls

The set up was perfect. The place did need a little updating but it was good for our stay. The master bedroom tv needed replacing but with 2 other tvs we made it work. Location was PERFECT. Scenery was beautiful and having the lake one one side with beach across the street and pool close by was all we needed. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable unit for a beach stay

This was perfect for our beach trip; it offers access to multiple beaches in walking distance and is just a short hop from the Pensacola Beach main strip. The unit itself was great and accommodated our party of 5 comfortably. It's not fancy but everything worked and the kids loved the big shower. The complex was a little run down, with all of the wooden walkways and the fishing dock closed for repairs. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone seeking a relaxing beach vacation.

Great but tiresome

I am elderly and it was a deal to climb three flights of stairs But the place was great even though alot of the homes had weather damage, site was really nice of Bay, very comfortabe. If I was younger I would stay again.

Baseball tournament

We had baseball tournaments in the area. Great location to have the bayside and beach both in walking distance. Very close to all the restaurants, shopping and activities. Pool is very nice and clean. The only concern we had was no pot holders, shower head was bad in master and no sheets for pull out bed. We called on our concerns and someone was out that day and made everything right. Great customer service. We would stay there again.

Deceived

The listing misrepresented the quality of the rental unit and property. The photos used on line were very old. The furniture in the condo were dirty, worn, and tattered. The condo complex had a lot of storm damage. There was water damage in the master bedroom. The carpet was tattered. The master bed was sooo bad we slept on the floor. It was disappointing.

Great location, but in need of some TLC & improvements.

All of the rugs need to just be removed, as they are extremely filthy & stained. My family was afraid to go barefoot in the condo because of how dirty the floors were. The window treatments & curtains need to be replaced, as the ones on the sliding door have a hole in them. The curtains in the master bedroom do not even cover the window completely. There are no curtains (for room darkening purposes) in the front bedroom, just blinds. The blinds in the kitchen are filthy. The screen door is broken & just sitting on the deck & unusable. The table outside was filthy, as were the cushions. All of the silverware needed to get rewashed upon our arrival as there was dried up food on a lot of it. The toilets needed to be plunged with almost every use. The mattress in the master bedroom sagged in the middle and was very uncomfortable.

Meets all expectations

We really enjoy this property. It is ideal as far as closeness to both the Bay and Gulf. The condo is clean and well supplied. This is our first choice when looking to book on Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful views of the bay, beautiful property and pool. As an added benefit, the property is right across the street from the Gulf. Easy walk to Peg Leg Pete’s oyster bar.
