Chipmunks Holiday es una acogedora cabaña de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con capacidad para 6 personas. La casa se actualizó recientemente con nuevos muebles y tratamientos de ventanas que bloquean la luz. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas sus necesidades de cocina y comedor. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama y dos sillones reclinables para niños, TV de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite, WiFi y una hermosa chimenea de piedra (se proporciona madera en temporada). La cubierta espaciosa y privada incluye una barbacoa de gas, mesas de picnic y sillones. ¡Chipmunks Holiday está a pocos pasos del salvaje y pintoresco río Merced!

Quaint and cozy

Cute cabin in Wawona with everything we meeded for a 3-night stay to explore Yosemite. While it's inside the park, it's about an hour from Yosemite Village and the main attractions. The cabin was quiet and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home

Instantly relaxing. After a day in the park it was like arriving home in the evening. Everything we needed and nothing we didn't.

Cabin in the woods

Nice little two bedroom cabin, everything was clean and comfy. While small in space, everything was laid out well and thought out. Lots of notices on how to use things, and everything was working. No problems at all.

The Redwoods was the perfect jumping off point for Yosemite. The Chipmunk Cabin was perfect.

The Chipmunk Cabin was cozy and clean. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it for any season.

Yosemite Trip

Clean, cozy cabin located in the park but swill quite a drive to Yosemite valley. The cabin was well quipped with cooking ware and utensils. We couldn't enjoy a fire due to the high fire danger with the drought. Overall, an enjoyable experience and would recommend this cabin.

Great place and exactly as listed!

We really enjoyed our time at this cabin and the little town of Wanona. It appeared just as listed and met our expectations for all aspects. Great front porch, adequate size for our family of 5 and a nice, quiet version of Yosemite versus the busy Yosemite Valley. We would stay here again in a second.

Quiet Wawona Retreat

Quiet location with great amenities right in the middle of the groupings of properties. Nice deck. Great tasting water, so clean and cold and tons of water pressure. 2 full baths. Lots of windows although the cabin, but like several others we went into in Wawona was quite dark. Not sure why? We opened both doors anytime we were inside due to a assault of burnt/camp fire smell. Other friends cabins this weekend did not experience this. Kitchen is functional but small. Overall we were happy there. Great for a small family.

The Redwoods in Yosemite is in the little community of Wawona, 6 miles INSIDE the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. It makes a wonderful home base while you explore and play in Yosemite. Depending on the season, there is always something special to enjoy!
The rivers and waterfalls throughout the park, including nearby Chilnualna Falls, are nothing short of awe-inspiring in the spring.
During the summer, you can relax in the south fork of the Merced River & cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a hike to nearby Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge, and the Meadow Loop Trail. Visit the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. Enjoy fine dining and play golf at the historic The Wawona Hotel, go horseback riding, fishing, enjoy Ranger walks and talks, or visit the Living History Center/Pioneer Village.
In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Wawona Lodge.
In the winter, the family-friendly Badger Pass Ski Area offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, cross-country ski tours, and in Yosemite Valley, enjoy the outdoor ice-skating rink.
Our wedding and Event Center is open for all occasions in any season! Whether it's for a group ski vacation, business training, a family Christmas or Thanksgiving get-together, or a reunion of any kind, this is the perfect spot for all to gather.
Our Wedding and Event Center comfortably seats 100 for group meetings and 80 for formal dining. There is a large open deck with a fireplace, and inside there is a second fireplace along with a separate Board Room and Catering Kitchen.
