La Nucia - quiet location with sea views

A stone's throw from the Mediterranean, between Benidorm and Altea, this charming house with living room, two bedrooms, and a guest room with private entrance. It has two lovely secluded terraces, as well as a rooftop terrace offering fabulous sunrises over the ocean. In the evening you see the illuminated villages around Altea. The area is quiet and has a communal pool, playground and tennis court. The garden includes lemon trees, almond trees, and hibiscus. Free parking on the street.

Alicante is the nearest airport, about 65 km highway. Airport buses go to Benidorm, from there you can take a local bus. The nearest beaches are in Albir and Benidorm, about 7 km from the house. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Close proximity to several golf courses and hiking trails in the mountains.

In Benidorm, besides two large beaches, there are several shops and a picturesque old town with many restaurants. Several small towns are located around La Nucia such as Albir, Altea, Alfas del Pi, Calpe and Villajoyosa with nice beaches and promenades, picturesque squares, markets, tapas bars and restaurants.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with bunk bed + extra bed and an extra guest room with own entrance (bunk bed, simpler standard). In total there are 7 + 2 beds.

Fully tiled bathroom with shower cubicle, underfloor heating and infra-red.
