This beautiful, traditional Spanish finca is now available for rent.<br><br>Set in a large, tree-lined garden with numerous fruit trees and plantings. The detached villa has been beautifully restored to offer an excellent standard of accommodation.<br><br>You’ll find a very large open-concept living room, a dining room, and a well-equipped open kitchen, as well as a pantry. There is a separate pantry with a second refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, and storage space.<br><br>Satellite TV offers multilingual channels and Wi-Fi!<br><br>The villa is literally designed around the pool (with shallow and deep ends). It features a large, shaded L-shaped terrace that helps keep the bedrooms and living room cool. <br><br>This terrace is a true living space with plenty of areas to relax and dine, including benches, a large dining table, and an outdoor seating area.<br><br>The large 10-meter pool is secured with a fence to keep children safe. The pool can be heated in winter if necessary.<br>A pétanque court has recently been built, and lighting has been installed for your evening games.<br>There is a barbecue area and a ping-pong table on the shaded terrace.<br><br>A second terrace surrounds the pool and offers a sunny spot for lounge chairs. <br><br>The large rooftop terrace is ideal for admiring the views of the sea and the mountainous landscapes of the hinterland, especially the sunset.<br><br>The four bedrooms have twin beds, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and a closet. Three of the bedrooms have their own sink areas and enclosed doors opening onto the terrace and the pool. The largest bedroom has doors that open directly onto the garden side.<br><br>There is a family bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, as well as a large additional shower room.<br><br>The villa is situated on a large lot surrounded by orange and lemon trees, numerous fruit trees, shrubs, and Mediterranean plants. <br><br>There is also a swing set in the garden for the little ones, as well as an easel.<br><br>At the front of the villa, there is a gravel parking area for several cars behind a secure sliding gate on a track. You can choose to park your cars there or enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset over the countryside.<br><br>The finca can accommodate 6 people.<br><br>The house rules will be provided upon arrival and clearly state that quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
