Absolutely perfect! This property has everything that you could imagine and more. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of nooks and crannies for our larger group to break up into smaller groups and have more engaging/private conversations. The outdoor area was so beautiful and peaceful that it was difficult for me to come inside at times. The host and event team were beyond accommodating and communicated very well. I have never rated anything with a perfect score, until now.

This was a fantastic vacation spot for our family of 19! The location on the Toccoa River was great for our fly fishermen (even brought in a 25 inch trout!) and perfect for tubing from Tannem Park. The house has a beautiful living/dining/kitchen area and plenty of sleeping space. We especially enjoyed the expansive deck and comfortable outdoor seating. Highly recommend this for a family reunion!

Thank you so much for hosting our wedding weekend! The house is absolutely stunning with incredible amenities, and so many beautiful memories were made during our time here! This place will forever hold a special place in our hearts, as we got to host all of our friends and loved ones in one spot while we celebrated love together. Communication was excellent, check in was easy, we had everything we needed, and check out was easy, too! We did have a bear encounter near the trash cans in the middle of the night, but nothing I wouldn't expect in the middle of the mountains! Thank you again for making this trip so special for us!

Beautiful cabins!! The space indoors & outdoor were great for a large party. The house had everything we need to prepare food & to be entertained. The host was great always a quick response if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was our second stay at this property and like the first, this place was immaculate. Everything you need plus some is stocked in the house. Comfy beds, cozy fires, big kitchen and outdoor grilling area were a plus! The kids game room downstairs kept them busy and the movie theatre kept us busy with movies and college football games. Five star property that we’ll definitely be back to again in the future!

The house was beautiful, well kept and well stocked. Great location, incredible entertainment options. Great social seating areas. Overall, this place was incredible. We loved Blue Mountain and the spot on the river.

This property is amazing! The home has plenty of entertainment for all ages. We loved fishing in the river! Great spot! The kitchen is well equiped for all cooking needs. Cleanlines was exceptional upon arrival. Communication with Sarah was easy and she responded quickly. Thanks, Sarah! Property is very close to town and easy to access. Our group is already looking to book again in the future. Nothing about this property disappointed anyone in our group.
