Between Lake and mountains, our house is located 5 minutes from Aix les Bains, the thermal baths and Lake and 20 minutes from the ski slopes of the Revard (downhill or Nordic).
Enjoy our cottage, fully renovated to its brightness, comfort, large garden and beautiful mountain views ..
Our accommodation is perfect for families with children, friends who want to find, the mountain enthusiasts, spa guests or business travelers in the hotel ras bowl ...

Housing
Located on Aix les Bains, our accommodation combines the charm of a cottage with modern comfort of a renovated house. You will feel at home in his cozy living room and 4 lovely bright rooms with beautiful views of the surroundings.
If necessary it is possible to add an extra bed or cot.
2 bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well equipped (oven, induction hob, dishwasher ...).
We have also made available a raclette grill and an electric griddle.

We stayed in summer. Josephine was an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. The chalet was perfect for our needs and had everything we wanted. It is set in beautiful grounds, only a 10-15 min walk down the hill into town. Highly recommended.

Chalet de charme très bien situé

Avec ma famille nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans ce chalet tout rénové et propre. Il est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Joséphine à notre arrivée avec en plus une ptite bouteille de bienvenu fort agréable. Dommage que le temps n était pas au rendez vous cette fois ci. Nous recommandons fortement ce chalet. Merci encore

Wonderful Experience

We were greeted by members of Josephine's family as she was returning from a trip. They were very friendly and informative. We met our hostess later that evening and she graciously welcomed us and was happy to answer any questions that we had. The renovated home is lovely and as another reviewer wrote, "the pictures do not do it justice". Bright and modern on the inside with plenty of room for our party of 6. Our family grocery shopped and we prepared breakfast and a few suppers there and had all that we needed to do so in the kitchen. Our younger family members were happy with the WiFi. There are quite a few seating options on the deck and in the yard, should anyone want to eat outdoors or just enjoy the garden and the beautiful surrounding mountains. We had a rental car and we would highly recommend having one. However, bus transportation is available to Aix les Bains within a short walk (only a few minutes) from the house. Once you are in Aix les Bains the train is available We opted to walk into town each day and ventured out by train to Annecy and Chambery. Be aware that if you wish to walk it can be a bit of a hike uphill coming back. It was good exercise for our family, but others might find it a bit difficult to do. Our family had a wonderful time in the cottage and the incredibly beautiful French countryside. We are very grateful that we found Josephine's vacation home on VRBO!

CALME ET DETENTE

Accueil très agréable de la part de Josèphine; appartement moderne et bien agencé , grand jardin bien protégé du voisinage par la végétation et très bien équipé en meubles de jardin . On est vraiment chez soi , au calme, presque à la campagne et à 4 ou 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Aix . Très bon grand week- end en famille, 5 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons aussi apprécié les produits locaux , la ville et le lac.
