Only a two minute walk to the beach, local restaurant, and market. Playa Matapalo Sea Turtle Conservation Project and hatching station is only 250 meters away. Every year hundreds of female sea turtles arrive along the pristine Matapalo coastline to lay their eggs.

Beach Life!

The owner & local property manager are a delight. Communicative & pleasant interactions throughout. Not luxury but perfect for beach life! We loved the large screened porch & grill! Short 3-5” walk to the uncrowded beach! Lots of wildlife in the area. Walking distance to small store & restaurants. We loved our time here!
